recently i’ve been thinking about my understandings of the law and i decided to read again some of the stuff i read at the beginning of my journey. i’m glad i did because i now have a deeper understanding of what i thought i understood before, but actually never truly grasped its full meaning.
i have to be honest with you sometimes i still have my moments of anxiety, i still have my mind wondering if i’m doing things right and once in a while i still ask myself if i’m doing enough. shocking right? from my posts you may be thinking that there’s no one that understands the law better than me and you may be thinking “she must have the most perfect self concept i can’t wait to get there”
truth is: we are all humans at the end of the day and we are gonna have our moments, no one is better than anybody and the fact that my posts have helped people fill my heart with joy because i do not think of myself as a teacher, i merely try to share the notes of what i studied for myself and try to write it in a way that can reach anyone easily.
i haven’t felt inspired to post something in a while now, i was just numb cause i thought “there’s nothing else i could possibly share my thoughts on” and i have drafts of posts i have started writing but never finished because i didn’t feel called to do it and i don’t like to force myself to write something.
all my posts come from a burst of inspiration and i write them all at once (or at least i try) seizing the moment in which i feel the most inspired.
this being said what i’m about to address in this post is probably the most important teaching i have come across while reading the source and reading some material again has struck me with inspiration.

“feeling is the secret.”
what does that mean?
to say that feeling is the secret is to say that feeling is the womb in which all things are born, when felt an idea has to be expressed whether you like it or not, unless you change the feeling and fuse your imagination with its opposite.
you see your physical world has no way of existing if it wasn’t for your imagination, it reflects that and the ideas you believe to be true.
“yeah alia you’ve said that”
i know i know, i have addressed this, these are the basics, but bear with me.
pay attention to what i’ve just said “it reflects the ideas you believe to be true”.
how tiring does that sound? does that mean we have to change our beliefs? does that mean we have to do shadow work and see what ingrained belief we have to dismount?
it doesn’t.
self is what we believe to be true and what gets reflected? self.
inevitably when we start to think about this we think we have to find a magical way to change our beliefs and to trick our mind into believing something new about ourselves or we pretend in hopes to fake it till we make it. we begin this journey prepared to train ourselves, prepared to do dozens of techniques and we fill ourselves with hope.
self is what we believe to be true in this world of imagination, our beliefs get reflected and this is why not every single thing we imagine gets reflected. yes, imagination gets always reflected and it happens instantly, but for that to happen you must believe in the reality of said idea.
what is a belief?
a belief is something, an idea, a concept YOU feel to be true. you is the key word because the sole operant power is you, in your life your world operates according to your assumptions, in your life there is no other creator but imagination, YOUR imagination.
a belief is something you feel to be true because a belief it’s just an idea and it’s powerless until we feel it to be true.
why do we feel it to be true? we decide it is.
you decided that your friend was rude to you because they don’t want to be your friend anymore; you decided that your partner was losing feelings because they were distant one day; you decided you were going to fail the test even if days away because you didn’t feel good enough.
you decided the reason your friend was rude to you was because they didn’t want to be your friend anymore, even if just yesterday they asked you to hang out.
you decided the reason your partner was acting a bit distant today was because they are losing feelings, even if just yesterday they said how much they loved you and bought you flowers.
you decided you were going to fail the test before you even started studying for it because you decided you weren’t smart enough, even if the last test you did went beautifully.
you have been making decisions dismissing the senses your whole life and probably occupying states that do not serve you at all without even realizing it. you have misused your power for so many years it feels too good to be true to finally realize it’s all in your hands.
to decide that your friend was rude because they don’t want to be your friend is just as easy as deciding they just had a bad day and accept that as true.
to decide that your partner is losing feelings because they are acting a bit distant today is just as easy as deciding they just were busy today and accept that as true.
to decide that you’re going to pass the test and that you are smart enough is just as easy to accept as true.
how? how can i accept that as true if reality is showing me the opposite? how can i accept it as true if i failed in the past?
we always disregard appearances, we always disregard and dismiss the senses and accept things as true based on our imagination. there is no outside reality because the true reality is within and as within so without. you accepted it as true and now it is expressing in your life, your mirror is just reflecting what you decided to be true, you had no other proof when you started assuming those negative things about yourself and about others.
think about it! when you first started worrying your partner was losing feelings, did you have proof of it? did you have concrete proof that made you think they wanted to dump you? i think you made an assumption, decided it was true hoped with all your heart it wasn’t, but felt it to be true and soon you were provided with proof and there you go: “just like i thought”.
you decide everything all the damn time!! trust me this is nothing new, the thing is that when it comes to positive things we want to believe to be true we think we need proof, and what is proof? the permission to believe something as true. the 3D never played a part in this, when it came to you assuming negative things about yourself or about others you didn’t think about how it wasn’t true on the outside, did you? when you started feeling insecure in your relationship and worried they would dump you, did you think about how it wasn’t “real” on the outside? did you worry about how the outside was opposite so it couldn’t possibly be true?
no, you didn’t.
you decided it was true, trusted it, dismissed the senses even when completely opposite and soon enough the universe, god, whatever you believe in, provided proof for you.
the power we have is the power of dismissing the senses, the power of deciding what is true or not. and you do that using imagination as your instrument. yes, imagination gets expressed but imagination is not just the silly little scenarios you make up, imagination is your mental activity and what gets expressed is what you believe to be true in imagination.
again when it came to negative stuff you were well aware that the outside was opposite from what you believed to be true but you didn’t care one bit and it still manifested into your life. your lover was distant one day, you assumed they lost feelings, the next day they tell you how much they love you and you assume they are lying, you assume the outside isn’t as true as what you believe to be true inside.
you sustain that feeling, you trust it, and it gets expressed.
you never actually waited to look at your partner and see them telling you they were losing feelings before you assumed they were. you never worried about what the 3D was showing you, you never CARED for it.
when you assume something new about yourself and you imagine yourself to already be the one you wish to be you do so because by imagining you are experiencing it in the true reality. imagining it to be already realized helps because your imagination is a tool, it’s an instrument that makes it easier to trust the new idea you decided to assume about yourself because you actually experienced it.
when you imagine yourself in a new state and you do so by, for example, conjuring up a scene, you do so because you want to experience what you desire. you want to live it, you want to experience it and feel it to be true, that’s what the scenes are for, you visualize a scene that implies your objective realized and you indulge in that peacefully enjoying it.
you don’t have to necessarily visualize scenes, affirm, or do this or that technique. these are just tools, methods you can use to use your imagination in a way that is most comfortable to you. for example i am naturally a visualizer so to get myself in a new state sometimes i find it helpful to conjure up a scene that implies my objective realized and experience it, i enjoy it fully and when i open my eyes i trust the implications of that scene to be true, i just experienced it, who’s gonna tell me i didn’t?
what you need more than anything is to give yourself permission to trust in the reality of imagination, that’s the only thing you need.
yes, you are allowed to believe you are good enough for that job; you are allowed to believe you are safe and secure in relationships; you are allowed to believe anything you want no matter how far fetched it might seem.
you can be so bold with your scenes, or your affirmations. you imagine the most perfect scene or say the most wonderful affirmations but i dare you to be as brave with feeling as you are with your scenes and your words.
i dare you to accept it is true, i dare you to believe it is true because you said it is, and then again i’m not talking about the outside!!! i’m talking about imagination because imagination is the only reality. if it is true in imagination and it is because you can just DECIDE it is, then it’s truth. there’s nothing more to do on your part, you just sustain that state and everything else will take care of itself.
free yourself entirely in your mind and accept as truth whatever you desire to be true about yourself, you can imagine yourself to be confident, smart, beautiful, loved, cared for and you can give yourself permission to accept it to be true inside of imagination and see yourself exactly how you want to see yourself.
stop caring about how it’ll happen or if it will happen or what will happen and just FEEL.
FEEL WHATEVER YOU TRULY WANT TO FEEL.
address the feeling
what do i mean by that?
pay attention to your mental activity for one day and see where your mind wonders naturally, that will tell you your current state.
let’s say you get ugly thoughts, you think you’re not enough and that you are going to fail the test you have in two weeks. pay attention to your mental activity and see how the thoughts FOLLOW the feeling, and not viceversa. first you get the feeling of unworthiness and then you start thinking “i’m not enough i will fail i can’t do this”, there is no inherent truth in those thoughts.
it may be difficult to notice at first but everything starts from a feeling and then the thoughts follow. there is no thought you have to flip because they hold no truth and no power by themselves, they are simply a manifestation of your FEELING.
fearful feeling gives birth to fearful thoughts. anxious feeling gives birth to anxious thoughts. lonely feeling gives birth to thoughts of loneliness. insecure feeling gives birth to insecure thoughts.
the only reason why you believe something to be true is because you FEEL it. there’s no actual truth in those fearful, anxious, insecure thoughts.
YOU FELT FEAR and the fearful thoughts came along and then you started worrying about them manifesting into your life. YOU FELT INSECURE and the thoughts of insecurity and unworthiness came alone and you started feeling bad about yourself and unworthy of your desire.
just as easily as you felt insecure you can feel secure, just as easily as you felt fear you can feel safe.
you create the feeling you desire to feel and you indulge in that, you FEEL it because why would you deny yourself of such experience if you can have it?
why would you deny yourself from experiencing what you want in your own mind? why would you create blockages? why don’t you feel what you want to feel? because you are scared? scared of what? of it not working? working for what?
this is not a method for fuck’s sake. this is not a technique!!! this is how you are living, this is how you have lived and how you’ll always live.
change your feeling, allow yourself to feel what you want to feel and thoughts will naturally come from that, and from thoughts will come actions and from actions will come events. NATURALLY.
there’s no work on your part, meaning that you don’t have to worry about what you need to think or do, you will naturally do that. and this goes for opposite action too: if you’re manifesting to pass all your tests with straight A’s and you go and decide to sit on your ass all day without studying you are still messing with the how! you are pretending you have something IN THE MIRROR when you DON’T! you have it in imagination ONLY. your job is to change self and you don’t change self by pretending or acting as if you have something in the mirror.
your job is to simply FINALLY give yourself permission to actually FEEL.

There’s something deeply fascinating about the mental split people create when they talk about “the ego” like it’s this separate being they have to manage, tame, or silence. It’s a habit — one that becomes so normalized, people don’t even notice they’re doing it.
I unironically love this topic.
But if you actually stop and examine it, really look, it collapses. The idea of “having” an ego starts falling apart the moment you question who is supposedly having it. Who is the one speaking about it? Who is trying to fix it? Suddenly there’s no second entity — just a bunch of thoughts floating in what is labeled as "awareness", being labeled as “ego.”
You don’t need to believe me — please don’t, beliefs have no place here really. I always say: look for yourself. Don’t parrot words. Don’t adopt terms just because they’re popular in spiritual circles. See clearly, and it’ll be obvious — nothing needs fixing, and there’s nothing there to fix. The whole concept dissolves when you see through it on your own.
I’ve seen this so many times — people talking about “the ego” like it’s their desk neighbor in school. Like it’s some separate entity sitting next to them, actively making decisions, causing problems, sabotaging things.
If I — Bhasu — say something like “My ego is too loud today” or “I need to fix my ego because she’s too attached”, doesn’t that already sound odd if you actually stop and think about it? Who is this “ego” I’m referring to? And more importantly… who am I that’s talking about it?
There’s something really interesting that happens here. People speak of “ego” in the third person — not because it’s actually separate, but because it helps them feel like it is. It creates this illusion of distance. And in doing that, they place the blame “over there” — on the ego — as if that’s what’s causing suffering, and they are just the victim of it.
But this is exactly the trap: just because you speak about something like it’s “not you” doesn’t mean it’s real, or separate. If I said “My thoughts are attacking me,” would that make sense? Who is having the thoughts? Who’s observing them? And how are there two of me now?
What I’m pointing to is this: when people say “my ego,” they rarely stop to ask what that even means. They use the phrase because they’ve read it online, they’ve picked it up from someone else, and now they repeat it — without examining it.
But if you sat with the question — who am I actually talking about when I say “my ego” — you’d start to see: there’s nothing there. No separate entity. Just a string of thoughts appearing. And then another thought claiming it needs to fix the first one.
So what are you trying to fix? A mirage?
You end up running in circles trying to cure something that was never there to begin with.
Comfort within Pain
You find comfort in familiar suffering and pain, perhaps due to a sense of identity or a fear of the 'Unknown.' But how can your True Being be 'Unknown' to you? It's You. Notice that Boundlessness and recognize 'THAT.' It is not complicated; it does not take years. You make it complicated; you make it take years. By avoiding noticing what's already here, you create unnecessary limitations. What is the reason? Step beyond the cycle of suffering and notice what is right here, the deeper, unchanging 'Essence' – the boundless Void where true understanding and peace are. Only You can make yourself suffer, only You can help yourself, only you can free yourself. Only You.

To not make this ask even longer, i am not gonna explain my background a lot, but in short i have been in the metaphysics community for years now (time is an illusion, shifting, manifestation, loa,..), and recently around half a year ago i found out about void tumblr, huge success stories, and manifesting lists and waking up with all your desires the next day, etc.. (but i still don’t have huge success stories of mine yet, eg: manifesting out of thin air, dream life, shifting, void, etc..).
I read through all of your posts and asks (i found your blog around 2 weeks ago or less).
My question is, from your expertise, what makes others who don’t know about non-dualism succeed?
We read stories about those who listened to a subliminal or theta or delta waves, SATS, affirming and persisting, being in a state of having your desire, fulfilling yourself in imagination, living in the end, losing hope & letting it all go, meditating, clearing the mind, or using sleep paralysis and staying still for hours, (and ALL other methods with different variations), and:
There are multiple success stories for those who shifted,manifested a lot of things at once/or their whole dream life, or got into the void successfully and manifested what they wanted, etc..
There are other people who used the same things and didn’t succeed, or succeeded with another method of their own.
The methods go from as easy as intending to as complex as staying still for hours in the same position & having 100% clear mind, or completely changing your sleep schedules, or even more complex.
And the duration varies from hours, to days, to weeks, or more (meaning some succeed after doing their method or intending for 1 day, or for weeks, etc..)
So, what is actually happening?
Is it that they successfully trained their (Vanessa) ? They successfully made her change her beliefs or become well trained in a method?
Or is it that at some point they detached from everything and were so immersed in their (imagination/fulfilled with their thoughts) that they unknowingly applied what non-dualism is explaining (detaching from thinking you are it, and then you can identify with whatever else you want)
So they completely detach from Vanessa, and then only identify with Lara (with the understanding that what they are experiencing inside/inner man/ focusing on/their dominant thoughts/ •insert whatever beliefs• is actually what matters) and that whatever else is going on around them (Vanessa’s circumstances/life situations) is non of their business. So yah, externally they might still accomplish their tasks, but it doesn’t mean anything about their manifestations/dream life
After all, they are only identifying with Lara.
And the time it took them to succeed was the amount of time it took them to finally be like (you know what, i am not this Vanessa person no more, I choose Lara, and that’s the only person I identify with) and they actually only identify with Lara. And because we project and experience our lives instantly (on a moment by moment as I understand from your posts) they “changed” the life they are experiencing from the moment they actually identified with something else (eg: Lara).
Or is there any other explanation?
I find that this question is the one that stayed with me while reading any posts about non-dualism (tumblr, books, or other websites).
The: what about those who used x,y,z methods, and didn’t know half of the things about (how life works) and still did it ? (What was they key or element that made all of them succeed despite the various time that it took them to succeed and different methods they used).

I went through all those things as well, manifesting, shifting, void. I hadn't only read Neville but everyone. I love reading so I only read spiritual books for over a year, I've read from people nobody heard of, all the CIA docs I could get my hands on, everything everything. This brain is the library of all spirituality, I have journals on top of journals full of the main points of everything I thought I understood.
What makes others who don’t know about non-dualism succeed?
They've successfully convinced their egos that doing this or that will change their external life. Now egos are different, because backgrounds are different - a conditioned brain is a conditioned brain, but some may have an easier time accepting suggestions, especially if they are young, the way you learn to speak your native language when you're a child you can learn as easily to manifest with a method, because you don't know right from wrong, real from unreal, true from false - you accept what others tell you.
We read stories about those who listened to a subliminal or theta or delta waves, SATS, affirming and persisting, being in a state of having your desire, fulfilling yourself in imagination, living in the end, losing hope & letting it all go, meditating, clearing the mind, or using sleep paralysis and staying still for hours, (and ALL other methods with different variations):
I did all of those things. All. All. All xD Most successes I've had were from not caring or letting it go -- because, and I'm explaining it from the understanding I have now: I was suspending my ego. For everyone things happen when they successfully let go of believing in the old story they used to tell themselves OR they just don't care anymore about any story (accepting ego is incapacitated) and as a result the situation/problem resolves.
There are multiple success stories for those who shifted, manifested a lot of things at once/or their whole dream life, or got into the void successfully and manifested what they wanted, etc...
For some, most - the void is a made up state (they ended up believing in). Ada is a made up state, in the same way void is made up state, it's a concept.
Now, for others, few - it's "I AM", it's their real being. Some truly grasped what Neville Goddard said when he told everyone to meditate on "I AM" -- which is a REAL letting go of believing in anything outside of that. Including body. But it's few, for 99% is just a method to change 'external reality'.
*EDIT: Can you not see you're successfully doing all those things right now as well? You're crafting this world and this body perfectly and in real time. You are manifesting all of those things at once too! You're an expert at doing it!

I didn't succeed with void. It changed nothing for me because I couldn't believe I'm going to change externals even when I got in. And I can't! Because me, Ada, has no such power. Even if I lost the sense of my body I didn't lose the sense of 'who **I** was', therefore changed nothing. Of course, as you've seen, people managed to convince themselves (maybe with the countless success stories), but Ada couldn't change anything until reason agreed with her.

Yes! They managed to, good for them, but you can ask anyone and they're still not satisfied, they won't be no matter how much they have in the material, the end goal is the same for everyone and that is complete freedom :) they can be satisfied for now (and incredibly happy with being Vanessa 2.0) but they'll seek again something later until they discover the something xD

There is no external life, there is no need to use any methods to recondition or train your mind. It is much faster and much easier and you are hundreds times happier just letting go of the mind. To not depend on anything but everything to depend on you is a top state you can grasp with no method. All those things they do are in them and they are making them up all the time.
They successfully forget about the old man & manage to go on living like the new man. But unless you understand none of the two are real, that time is in you and not you in time, you won't have the indescribable happiness, freedom, and control you do as your Self.
You'll constantly try to change what you think is you, act in 'your' interest instead of others, continue to hurt and be hurt, experience desire and fear, have things happen without your consent.
There is nothing that is 'mirroring' you, you are either conscious of one thing or the other. You are conscious of the world, that's why there is a world. You are conscious of a body and that's why there is a body. YOU COME FIRST and not the world.
There are no others without you & the only reason there is a world in which there are things to desire is because you are conscious of a world in which you are this particular body that instead of having all the things it wants, it's lacking them. You are conscious of wanting. But there is nothing to want because before you want, YOU ARE CONSCIOUS.
Realize the root of all the concepts. After you can be conscious of being a body which has or hasn't, whatever you want whenever you want. Thought is absolute and instant. "I AM" and whatever you add to that is undeniably. You see it, you don't just daydream about it. You see what you are with no waiting for it to become natural because it is natural for the person you are identified with. Unlike manifestation, your fearlessness, happiness and freedom are now permanent and independent. Perfection follows you everywhere. It is truly like nothing else, it is not being empty but being everything, it is forever love.
what do i do if i feel anxiety when i go to imagination to fulfill myself? how do i make it go away?
Well, first I would ask you why you feel anxious? Your imagination is your own personal reality. You are the god of your imagination, so you should feel empowered and safe when you're in your imagination. Are you approaching your imagination in fear and desperation rather than safety and empowerment? Do you not truly believe that you are the god of your imagination? You control everything that happens there. You can imagine yourself in bondage, but also in freedom. I would just say for you to practice approaching your imagination differently!

Many times when i “imagine” my desire i imagine myself imagining it again in order to “feel” it to get my desire. For example when trying to manifest an sp i’ll imagine myself with my sp then i’ll think about manifesting it again in the future. I hope that made sense? Do you ever notice when you have a passing thought or think about manifesting something usually once it manifests in hours or less ? why? because you simply just imagined the reality and did not care if it came to pass because you didn’t attach the mechanism of manifestation. This is a habit that must be broken : imagining yourself persisting for a while… WHAT the goal is not to persist for that long fr 😭😭😭 the goal is to be fulfilled immediately so why should you imagine yourself manifesting the same thing again or returning to the state “just incase”. It’s a habit of mine that i recently became aware of and i think it serves to explain the lack of materialization so just incase this you, fix it !

just to clarify i’m not saying you should entertain the “facts” i’m just saying why imagine a longer process for yourself? that’s materializing.
How do I stop worrying once I set the intention that I am experiencing something else? Doubts are constant and I can’t seem to stop them. I’m just worried I won’t get it
So what I need you first to realize is that, you aren’t setting an intention, and certainly not setting an intention to experience something “later on”. The realization of ANYTHING quite literally is the experience. I need you to recognize that nothing inherently has any meaning. When you strip labels from feelings and emotions they just remain as “sensations”. Try saying what a bad or good feeling is without describing it as a good or bad. It just is a sensation right? Right, so please start viewing it as what it really is. I truly understand how debilitating it can feel, however, if you truly wish to see past the hollow, weak illusions, you must start viewing everything as it TRULY is, not as it seems from the surface level.
There is no getting, desiring, wanting, these are labels made by this illusionary self who strives and relishes in goal, in journey, in doing. Without all these things the sense of self really has no purpose, look further into this. Who desires, who wants, who needs? Certainly not god, certainly not the true “ “ that is.
I’m not just telling you guys another technique or manifesting method, guys this is in reality what we are. The existence of all that is and appears to be is what we are. Your God, your “ “, your everything, how can you possibly crave when you are it.
Falsely identifying as the self and as the person, there will always be journey, there will always be an end goal, that never seems to be reached. When you experience that thing what happens? Another desire, need, journey appears, because as the self, nothing will actually be enough. (Trust me I know). Self exists for the illusionary experience. It’s literally the only purpose of it. Now I’m not in any way telling you to sit in misery and not be happy and live a dream life, but I want you to understand, it’s always going to seem like a never ending cycle of desiring if the only appearance you hold as real is self. Instead of the infinity you exist as.
This infinity you are tricks itself into being a limited self, a separate self. Recognize yourself again. You as it all is instant “manifestation”
I’m telling you, your all of existence and appear as the experience, how can you possibly lack anything? There is no you that lacks, YOUR EVERYTHING. $500k? Alright it’s your, congratulations you just received it. Wondering where it is? Don’t you remember it’s you, you have it it’s yours! Relish! Be excited! Be Sad! Do whateveeeerrrr u want!
