Han Joon Hwi Is Forever Indebted To Kang Sol A.

I will never be able to move on from this scene.

With Assemblyman Ko arrested and proven guilty, Han Joon Hwi was no longer indebted to Kang Sol A.

But then comes the line.

"I'll be rooting for you in your uncle's place."

Kang Sol A stepped up to root for him in replacement of someone who has passed away. Declared that she would always be there for him, take care of him, and be his family.

He smiled, right? I'm sure, by that time he realised--

Han Joon Hwi is forever indebted to Kang Sol A.

How do I feel my desires? ik through methods but they don't give me the feeling?

experiment!! have fun!!! play around with your imagination!

don't just affirm "i have [my desire]" and other basic affs like those if they don't give you the feeling!

ask yourself these questions:

if i had my desire, what would i be thinking?

if i had my desire, what would i do with it?

if i had my desire, how would other people react?

what are you most excited to do "with" your desire once it reflects in your 3d?

etc

stop putting so much pressure on methods! you can affirm or visualize literally ANYTHING you want. you can manifest money by affirm "chicken" if that's what gives you the feeling of the wish fulfilled!

you don't have to concoct the perfect visualization scene that shows you with your desire, or construct the perfect affirmation. just focus on the feeling!

if you're doing methods and you can't conjure the feeling of the wish fulfilled, you're either:

a) putting too much pressure on yourself/the method

b) doing the wrong method for you

c) not allowing yourself to have fun with it

i also feel like a lot of people have it in their head that conjuring the feeling of the wish fulfilled is hard, but it's actually SO easy. do you have to feel it every time you shift to your desired state? no. but when you're imagining you have your desire, it's sooo easy to conjure it when you just allow yourself to imagine things that you want to imagine!

Hey there!! I wanted to share an experience I had after reading your excerpt from The Ultimate Truth posted @4dbarbie-archive yesterday. It really resonated with me and it inspired me to want to practice conscious creation instead of letting it happen because of subconscious programming. In particular this part (which is most of the extract lol):

Man was never intended to be a victim of circumstances. He is the controller of them, but has lost awareness of this fact. When he regains his awareness of it, he again becomes the master of circumstances, and consciously controls his environment. Matter, energy, space, and time are in mind. When man realizes this, he has mental control over them and controls them at his will. Man is unconsciously determining the world. When he wakes up to this, he gains conscious control. Creation is just a mental projection.

Lester also said in the Introduction of the book that it is necessary to prove it to yourself and never accept anything completely on hearsay:

A unique characteristic of this Truth is that it must be seen my each one through his own perception. No one and no book can do it for him. Necessary is the proof of Truth, and necessary it is that each one must prove the Truth for himself. Nothing should ever be accepted on hearsay. One should listen to, reflect upon, and then prove. The best attitude one may take would be to not believe nor disbelieve, but to accept Truths for checking. Then, and only then, after one has proven them without a doubt should one accept them. As Truth begins to prove itself, one gains more confidence in it, and then proofs come more easily and more readily; until finally, one perceives the Absolute Truth, — that we are unlimited beings, unlimited in our knowledge, power and joy.

So I've understood non-duality to a certain extent starting my "journey" from when 4dbarbie was still around and it felt like I eventually came to a sort of standstill. I just sort of fell into a lull and didn't feel anything about life in general. I really resonated with the teachings, stopped desiring anything and had let go of a lot of things but still didn't really feel connected to Self entirely (it would come and go). Recently though, I thought about how my life is just a mental projection of subconscious thoughts and how I would rather be able to consciously control it. For background, I've been using energy manipulation to heal my body using my mind and I think that's when I started to truly know that everything is just a projection of the mind (there's a much deeper innate knowing that comes from experiencing it than reading something and accepting it as truth). Then I started thinking back on the things I had "manifested" simply by deciding it to be so. And then I saw your excerpt and it really clicked for me.

To me, consciously controlling your circumstances is a "skill" because we're so used to living in limitation, it can take some time and development in order to remove those illusions of limitation (of course, it needn't take time, it depends on the individual!). I know in some LOA blogs, they call it intention setting so it's within the same vein imo. Anyway, after reading that extract and reading some of the book, I decided I wanted to practice conscious creation and strengthen this innate ability in order to connect me closer to the understanding and knowing that I am an infinite limitless being. Lester said "Matter, energy, space, and time are in mind." so I want to test all these although less so energy manipulation as I have already done this in numerous ways already. To me this was easier than the others but I now recognize that is a concept of limitation that doesn't need to be so as they are all equally mental projections. And I am not doing this to "get" any desires since I don't have any anymore, I am only doing it to remember the real me and exercise my innate natural ability of conscious creation and also "prove" it to myself through experience that I am limitless as Lester teaches.

I will give one example of "success" since I started last night! There's too much background history that I won't go over but basically this friend of mine stopped messaging me a few weeks ago and this had been a repeating cycle for a few years and it used to trigger me so much. Through being on this path, I let go of caring about it or wanting things to be different. But last night I decided to use this case scenario as a test subject for practicing conscious creation because I know I used to have a lot of mental resistance and triggers when it came to this person and if I really did succeed, it would truly be proof to me that this was purely a result of my conscious creation and not anything else.

So I decided in my mind that this friend would message me on instagram, I decided I didn't care if it was a text message or sharing a reel (though he normally sent reels so that would be most likely). I could still feel uncertainty over this after deciding so I decided it would happen the next day (today) in order for the test results to be more verifiable as not having a deadline could mean he could message me next year lol, too vague. I briefly saw it in my mind's eye the message but didn't dwell on it after, I just decided it would happen. Aaaanyway, I opened my IG messages earlier and GUESS WHO MESSAGED ME WITH A REEL!! I just laughed and got so excited, not because of receiving the message itself (since I let go of desiring anything from him long ago) but because of the proof it represented of my conscious creation! I want to emphasize this distinction because I had tried to "manifest" a text from him in the same way so many times before (because it's been a repeating cycle for so long lol) but it also came from a desire and attachment for the message itself (and connection with the person), while this time there was none of that but was from a non-attached perspective of just experimenting and testing my ability and wanting to practice and improve it. I want to add that I also had previously used LOA to "reality shift" to a "different reality" where he had messaged me the same day instead of leaving me on read for several weeks through "imagination" (this was way before I learned about non-duality so it was still driven by attachment and desire) but I gotta say this way of simply deciding it to be so is so much easier, simpler and better than having to "live and persist in imagination" lol but to each their own I guess?

So anyway, this is really exciting for me and I am going to continue on this way for fun!

🥳

Thank you for sharing your experience, that's awesome and I'm happy for you! 💖 Keep having fun and feel free to keep us updated on your future experiments!

This is the post anon was talking about. I highly recommend Lester's books for those who haven't read them yet (or have but want a refresher).

Alright so what I do to release is I bring up a thought or desire that I want to let go of. For example, a desire like I want to have clear skin. I then ask 'can I let go of this desire?" And then ask 'would I let go of this desire?' And finally I ask 'When?'. (Because I obviously don't want to carry that desire with me anymore and would like to be done with it, my answer towards those questions are always yes.) After the process I do tend to feel a little light sometimes, but then when I think about the desire again I still want it.

I just finished reading a pdf that goes into details on Lester's experience with dropping limitations and how he did it within those 3 months. And he basically talked about how some thoughts would take some time to drop and he would basically just keep releasing those until they were fully gone. Reading that helped me realize that maybe I am doing this right and I just need to keep releasing the desire and it will soon completely go. I have had this desire for almost 7 years now so i guess my attachment to it might be too strong and so that it why it's not going away in one session?

But anyways your inputs are always appreciated so if there is anything you want to let me know about or help me with, like maybe the conclusions i came to aren't fully correct, you can.

It does look like you're releasing correctly. However, as I've reiterated in many of my previous posts/answers now, releasing is just one form of letting go of ego, not the only one. I've found it best not to get too fixated on sticking to the one method and try to make everything fit into it by necessarily applying it to absolutely everything, it's better to assess each limitation on a case by case basis, be flexible and then do what feels right intuitively. It may be that releasing is not the best way to go about it for this particular desire. (But yes, for certain thoughts that are deeply rooted, it can take more than one session to completely release. It's best not to have expectations on how long it takes to release something)

Here are some other forms of letting go of ego you could explore if it resonates with you.

Identify the causative thoughts for why you don't have clear skin (for your example) and then drop them.

If we want a perfect body and we don’t have a perfect body, it means that we don’t have the conviction that we can make the body perfect. It means we are subconsciously holding in our mind a consciousness of an imperfect body. The body is an exact copy of the mind, the body being only our consciousness projected outwardly. We must change our subconscious thinking until we subconsciously have the conviction that our body is perfect. That will do it. - Lester Levenson, The Keys to the Ultimate Freedom

This follows the principle of taking responsibility for everything that happens to you, including the body and all circumstances. The body is simply a manifestation of your thoughts. For example, when people get sick, it's really that they are doing it to themselves (most often it's unconscious) as a result of various thoughts they had previously that became a habit and mindset. Taking Lester as an example, he found out that his health issues were a result of wanting love and approval from the world, wanting to change things in the world and fearing death itself. For past me who had health challenges, I realized I was used to thinking as the victim and believed that I needed to be in a state that garnered pity (such as being sick) in order to be safe and perceived as non-threatening and this naturally manifested eventually in health issues because I wanted to be safe and felt I wasn't! In other examples Lester has said, he has mentioned that skin rashes are really manifestations of mental irritations or conflicts that have now surfaced and to correct this is to identify what it is and then resolve it (undo it, see it isn't true, drop it). I've also realized that everything on the body are quite literally just thoughts that have taken form and are being expressed on the body (including suppressed emotions which is why releasing is important!) - if the body is not in a state of harmony, then the mind is not either because all comes from the mind. Obviously all limitations are silly to hold onto once you identify what they are and they should be dropped. These are just examples and your own thoughts that manifested into skin that you don't prefer won't necessarily be the same as these.

2. Identify why this particular desire exists. What does it symbolize to you? Beauty? Freedom? Purity? Health? All of the above or something else? Be honest with yourself and see what it represents to you. This is the lack that you perceive, this is what you think you don't have but in fact as infinite beings we never lack anything, the lack and limitations are just illusions, old programming & conditioning we once believed and accepted that are now operating automatically in the background but it isn't true. Then can you see how that lack isn't true after identifying it (feel free to reason it out and use logic to see how it is untrue)? If not, apply the exercise detailed here to what you perceive you lack (replace love with whatever it is you identified).

Once this core lack has been properly addressed and dissolved, you could see yourself having the symbol too (in whatever way suits you) but I think it's important not to attribute fulfillment or happiness to these externals. See first that it is all coming from within you then once you've set that right, you can have the symbol too if you want - so long you understand it's only a symbol and you aren't being dependent on it for fulfilling perceived lack.

You could try let go of it in a 4 step process as I've detailed in the second part of this ask here. I recommend doing each step completely and mindfully before moving onto the next rather than rush through them and then have to repeat the whole thing again.

Release any emotions and feelings attached to the limitation that is to be dropped by bringing it to mind and allowing them to be. You can use this method as a guide and modify it how you feel is best

Investigate within and identify the causative thoughts for the limitation then drop them

Identify what the core essence(s) are that you believe you lack (that this limitation represents or what you want this symbol to fulfill) and then either drop the belief of lack or allow yourself to see, feel and know that you are complete, whole and fulfilled (using whatever method feels right).

(Optional) See yourself having the symbol if you want - so long you understand it's only a symbol and aren't dependent on it for fulfilling perceived lack.

In all of this, the attitude is not to try to get rid of or fix something that is "wrong". Apply lots of love, kindness, compassion, understanding and patience. Don't fight the dream - the more you resist, the more it persists but what you look at and accept is given the opportunity to be released and dissolved. Accept everything and see them as neutral, even the parts that you don't prefer. Allow everything to be as it is. Then allow yourself to change your mind and think differently in ways that you prefer, without trying to make anything happen in the world. As Neville said "Indifference is the knife that severs. Feeling is the tie that binds."

Patience is key. Drop all expectations. Just focus on your state of consciousness, instead of getting things in the world. Don't look to the world for what is within.

How do I stop worrying once I set the intention that I am experiencing something else? Doubts are constant and I can’t seem to stop them. I’m just worried I won’t get it

So what I need you first to realize is that, you aren’t setting an intention, and certainly not setting an intention to experience something “later on”. The realization of ANYTHING quite literally is the experience. I need you to recognize that nothing inherently has any meaning. When you strip labels from feelings and emotions they just remain as “sensations”. Try saying what a bad or good feeling is without describing it as a good or bad. It just is a sensation right? Right, so please start viewing it as what it really is. I truly understand how debilitating it can feel, however, if you truly wish to see past the hollow, weak illusions, you must start viewing everything as it TRULY is, not as it seems from the surface level.

There is no getting, desiring, wanting, these are labels made by this illusionary self who strives and relishes in goal, in journey, in doing. Without all these things the sense of self really has no purpose, look further into this. Who desires, who wants, who needs? Certainly not god, certainly not the true “ “ that is.

I’m not just telling you guys another technique or manifesting method, guys this is in reality what we are. The existence of all that is and appears to be is what we are. Your God, your “ “, your everything, how can you possibly crave when you are it.

Falsely identifying as the self and as the person, there will always be journey, there will always be an end goal, that never seems to be reached. When you experience that thing what happens? Another desire, need, journey appears, because as the self, nothing will actually be enough. (Trust me I know). Self exists for the illusionary experience. It’s literally the only purpose of it. Now I’m not in any way telling you to sit in misery and not be happy and live a dream life, but I want you to understand, it’s always going to seem like a never ending cycle of desiring if the only appearance you hold as real is self. Instead of the infinity you exist as.

This infinity you are tricks itself into being a limited self, a separate self. Recognize yourself again. You as it all is instant “manifestation”

Recognition of an experience is the experience, there’s nothing to chase

I’m telling you, your all of existence and appear as the experience, how can you possibly lack anything? There is no you that lacks, YOUR EVERYTHING. $500k? Alright it’s your, congratulations you just received it. Wondering where it is? Don’t you remember it’s you, you have it it’s yours! Relish! Be excited! Be Sad! Do whateveeeerrrr u want!

You are free to feel as you want because a sensation does not change the identity of god!

Just remember that the sensation (feeling) doesn’t dictate anything. Anyways I rambled for a while, take care!! 🥥🌴☀️🫶

𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐬?

Think about the last time you had a "big" desire. Maybe you wanted to be in an Oscar-winning movie, maybe you wanted to be a world-famous singer, or maybe you just wanted to date your celebrity crush. How did you react to the desire? Did you allow yourself to feel worthy, did you feel the possibility of your desire, did you accept it as it came to you?

You most likely found yourself feeling unworthy, uncomfortable, or anxious about your desire instead. You might have even thought that you were insane for even thinking of it.

That's the issue.

You are considering your worthiness. You are arguing with yourself and allowing circumstances from the 3D, the past, or societal standards to get in the way of your ultimate fulfillment.

In fact, you can get exactly what you desire. It doesn't matter who you are, what you do for a living, how much money you had growing up, how much talent you have, or what you look like. None of this matters.

So, dare to assume. Accept your desires as they come to you. Never hold yourself back.

You don't need permission to become the version of yourself that you desire to be.
