When you sleep at night, you think the world you're dreaming of is real. You wake up in the morning and you go on living in a different world, which you also think it's real. But while you were in the first dream you had no memory of this world, did you? The life that you were living in the present moment was all it was, and it was real to you then. You come into the waking state and forget all about that dream (because you dismiss it as unreal & imagined so you have no reason to care once the experience is over), you're present in a second dream, and you deal with this one because now that's "what is real". But there is no difference between sleeping and waking, awareness is the background of both.
You just think the waking state more real because you've dreamt it over and over and reinforced your belief. They're equally imaginary. Become aware of this and life will forever be a breeze š
Now that you know you're not a solid person, do you just go with whatever pops up in mind? I imagine the effect of experiencing doesn't change much, other than feeling unconditional freedom? Does sadness even come up in an extensive way at this point?

What you're asking still assumes there's a āmeā who now operates differently because something was "realized" ā but there was never a "me" to begin with.
Whether a thought arises, or sadness passes through, none of that was ever āmineā or ānot mineā to begin with. So no, itās not about āfollowing whatever pops upā or ānever feeling sad again.ā Itās just not personal anymore. Thereās no one trying to manage it.
So if sadness arises, it arises ā but itās not happeningĀ toĀ someone, and it doesnāt need to be held onto or avoided. It just moves through like anything else, without a story around it.
I could go on to explain what āitā is ā awareness, presence, whatever word you like ā but none of that everĀ reallycaptures it. The mind tries to grasp it by asking more and more, but itās not something that gets clearer with extra thinking. The answer can be shared, sure ā but itās never trulyĀ understoodĀ unless it's seen directly, not as a concept, but as whatās already here before thought even begins.

well the thing is, your thoughts come from your state, so if you are thinking thoughts that align with your state, that means you shifted your state. you just havenāt changed your dwelling state yet if your natural thoughts that pop up are of lack.
i have two pieces of advice for you:
1) if you were with your sp right now in your 3d, and you randomly had a thought that was like āweāre not togetherā āi wish he was mineā āim manifesting wrong im not doing this rightā etcā¦what would you do? personally if it were me iād be like āwtf what am i talking about???ā this is something that really helped me while manifesting. itās truly yours in your 4d right now. every time you imagine yourself with your sp, either through visuals or words, you are with them RIGHT NOW in your 4d. thatās a fact. you should be treating your 4d like it is just as realāif not more realāthan your 3d. look at your hand right now. if you randomly had a thought that said āi donāt have my hand bc i wasnāt conscious of having my hand for the past few hoursā what would your reaction to that thought be? youād probably be like āthatās stupid i know for a fact i have my hand. i can see it right now!ā thatās how you should treat your 4d. you can close your eyes right now and imagine yourself with your sp (once again, whether itās in visuals or words or even smells) so that means youāre together in your 4d! donāt overthink if youāre manifesting correctly 24/7, bc if you had it, you wouldnāt be worrying about that at all!
2) if you feel youāre mainly conscious of not being with your sp, this is where fulfilling yourself in imagination really comes in handy! when you notice lack and it makes you feel down bc you just really wish you could experience your desire in your 3d right now, and you have free time, i always find it really helpful to just retreat to my imagination for a few minutes. you want to experience it right now? well you can! imagine being with them and talking to them and conjure the feeling of knowing until you feel better or calmer! the more you do this, and the more you shift your state, the less and less you will notice lack because youāre getting more used to being in the state of the wish fulfilled.
also surprise 3rd piece of advice, when i was manifesting my SP, i used my distraction technique (linked in my pinned post). so if you donāt know what that is, basically every single time i thought of my spāanything to do with him or manifesting him or even positive things like being with himāid just āit is doneā (this would shift me to the state of the wish fulfilled) and force myself to think of something else. iām not saying you have to do this method (even tho iād def recommend it) but this just goes to show that you donāt have to always be conscious of being with your sp. like throughout the day, a majority of the thoughts that would pop up would tell me that i wasnāt with my sp. but i shifted back to the state of the wish fulfilled every time these thoughts popped up, and that made the state of the wish fulfilled my dwelling state!

Think about the last time you had a "big" desire. Maybe you wanted to be in an Oscar-winning movie, maybe you wanted to be a world-famous singer, or maybe you just wanted to date your celebrity crush. How did you react to the desire? Did you allow yourself to feel worthy, did you feel the possibility of your desire, did you accept it as it came to you?
You most likely found yourself feeling unworthy, uncomfortable, or anxious about your desire instead. You might have even thought that you were insane for even thinking of it.
That's the issue.
You are considering your worthiness. You are arguing with yourself and allowing circumstances from the 3D, the past, or societal standards to get in the way of your ultimate fulfillment.
In fact, you can get exactly what you desire. It doesn't matter who you are, what you do for a living, how much money you had growing up, how much talent you have, or what you look like. None of this matters.
So, dare to assume. Accept your desires as they come to you. Never hold yourself back.
You don't need permission to become the version of yourself that you desire to be.

ive read ur posts on dismissing the 3d (very helpful btw!!) but im still a bit confused, what thoughts are u supposed to think when doing this??? like if ur dream life is diff from ur current one, going abt ur 3d and saying "i am in my desired reality" it feels a bit jarring? any advice on how to make thinking about it easier? thank you!

you can think literally anything! you can vibe all day long and not think about your desire even once. as long as you shift back to the state of the wish fulfilled (or a neutral state) after slipping into a state of lack (doubting, wondering where it is, acknowledging you dont have it), you don't have to think about your desire at all.
if you WANT to think about your desire you can, but you don't have to say "am in my desired reality" if that feels stuffy and unnatural to you. a method i like to do is trying to replicate thoughts i might be having if i had my desire. for instance when i was manifesting an sp i thought it was fun to think stuff like "oh im so excited to hang out with my sp tonight, i need to start getting ready soon. i wonder where hes gonna take me" etc. these thoughts aren't what manifested, it was the feeling that they gave me that helped me to feel it real.
so for your desired reality, you can think about anything regarding your desired reality if you want (keyword: want) to. for example, maybe you're going about your day in your current 3D and you think about how you wish you were in the 4D, you can start talking to yourself about all the things you have to do today (things you're excited to do in your DR that you maybe can't do in your CR). this is just a method tho and not necessary! it's just something i find fun to do!

Many times when i āimagineā my desire i imagine myself imagining it again in order to āfeelā it to get my desire. For example when trying to manifest an sp iāll imagine myself with my sp then iāll think about manifesting it again in the future. I hope that made sense? Do you ever notice when you have a passing thought or think about manifesting something usually once it manifests in hours or less ? why? because you simply just imagined the reality and did not care if it came to pass because you didnāt attach the mechanism of manifestation. This is a habit that must be broken : imagining yourself persisting for a while⦠WHAT the goal is not to persist for that long fr ššš the goal is to be fulfilled immediately so why should you imagine yourself manifesting the same thing again or returning to the state ājust incaseā. Itās a habit of mine that i recently became aware of and i think it serves to explain the lack of materialization so just incase this you, fix it !

In a previous article titled "Can the reality be experienced", I pointed out that the Mind subtly assumes that there is a higher or better reality hiding behind the present moment you are feeling, touching, and tasting. The Mind automatically assumes that the present moment is inferior to an imagined future moment as if you may transition into something better. Actually, the Mind's assumption is completely wrong. Unconditioned perfection is right here in the present moment.
Whatever you are feeling, tasting, experiencing, is already perfection without conditions. There is nothing better hiding behind. There will be nothing better waiting for you in the future. All that you have right now and right here is *perfection* by default.
But the Mind always complain that "I have not been able to experience the reality". The Mind automatically assumes that what is being experienced is something called "illusion" that is opposite to something better called "reality". And the Mind wishes to get out of something called "illusion" and get into something called "reality". No, it's not the case at all. Let me emphasize, what is being experienced is the only actuality that is SELF.
There is never anything that can be defined as illusion. The only subtlety is that all the interpretation of the Mind is illusory. All that can be experienced is SELF, the only perfection without conditions. Therefore, there is not anything or any situation that can be defined as illusion. The word "illusion" indicates only that the interpretation of the Mind is illusory, not indicative of any actual thing or object present that can be defined as "illusion".
For example, the effect of experiencing of an apple is actual, but interpreting such effect of experiencing as an object called "apple" is illusory. For example, the effect of experiencing of "me" is actual, but interpreting such effect of experiencing as a person living in a body called "me" is illusory. For example, the effect of experiencing of time is actual, but the interpretation of this effect of experiencing as something called "time" is illusory. Simply, the energetic effect of time is not actually something actually existing as time, all that is - is an energetic effect that Mind arbitrarily labels as a concept of "time".
For example, you can't deny the experiential effect of space, but the Mind automatically and arbitrarily interprets this experiential effect as something called "space" as if there is really an object or physical property called "space" existing. Such interpretation is an illusion. Don't seek something better or more glorious hidden behind the obvious phenomena. The phenomenon itself is by default perfection itself. Please notice all the interpretations and definitions imagined out of the Mind, these interpretations and definitions don't actually stand at all.
Even if the Mind interprets the present moment as "pain and suffering". No, it's actually not the case at all. Enjoy anyway. Even if the Mind interprets the present moment as lack or deficient. No, it's actually not the case at all. Enjoy anyway. The moment that the Mind imagines about "deep inside", you immediately discern that the Mind is lying to you. There is nothing hiding deep inside. The very concepts of "deep" and "shallow" are illusory.
The moment that the Mind imagines about "better future", you immediately discern that the Mind is lying to you. There is not a "future" because what feels like as "time" is not actually something as time. The idea of "future" is illusory. Regardless of what the Mind interpreting the present moment as, don't take the Mind's definition seriously, directly know that this is the only perfection that you can ever have, nothing better next second, nothing better tomorrow. hey ada i need advice, i want to create me waking up to my ideal life ive been through the law of assumption and everything like that and am learning how to drop that there is something to get but whenever i would wake up and still see something undesirable i would attempt to change my consciousness and remind myself i am that of which i want to be but its only a temporary relief, i know i control/decide everything by being aware, do you have any tips for paying the the things you dont want any mind?
I don't like repetition, it keeps you in lack. Do you need to remind yourself that you are a man or a woman?

There was one person which got mad I blocked them because they corrected me in the comments when I said that unbotherdness comes first and said there was no reason for the scale of emotions I shared. I won't stand for any spreading of misinformation on this page. It's impossible for indifference not to come when you see you aren't that. When you see the desires and fears aren't yours. This is not an opinion, this is what happens when you do it. You get uninterested naturally.
