Four gets the Zelda treatment

In which a rupee is worth staring at for 17 hours.

Basically it's a Twilight Princess speedrun low%, but its Lu and Twilight just stares at a rupee for 17 hours as he slowly gets absorbed by the wall. Enjoy!

Legend groaned as a branch smacked right into his face for the seven-hundredth time that day. Shoving it out of his face he ducked to avoid the next incoming leafy missile.

"Twilight, where are we going that is so off road?" Legend asked as Warriors grumbled behind him. "And also, we've lost the rest of the group." Legend squinted into the trees, his hair tickling his neck as he looked for the others.

"Well, I mean they have Zelda. Plus! I wanted to see something. You see, there is this wall that I've had a particular trouble with... And you always seem to have rupees. I will need a rupee when we get there." Twilight explained, motioning to a big gate with a heavy lock on front. It was three times the size of Time (Legend groaned internally), and clearly sturdy by looking at it.

"See, I was challenged a while back to find a way into here..." Twilight started, crossing his arms and staring at the gate. "Back then, I didn't have anything with me... but now I will get past this gate." Twilight paused, turning towards Legend and Warriors. The later of which was grumbling and pulling leaves out of his hair.

"Continue.." Legend said with the most deadpan expression and voice.

"Without opening the gate." Twilight grinned, revealing sharp canines from his wolf form. "Hey one of you, pass me a rupee. Doesn't matter what kind. This is going to take a while... probably." Twilight smiled as he stood at the gate facing Legend and Warriors.

Warriors threw a blue rupee and stood back, watching as Twilight grabbed it and stared at it.

It went so long that the sun was starting to set and Legend and Warriors had made a campfire, bickering as the time passed.

"Hey Twilight?"

"Yeah?"

"You've been staring at that rupee for seven hours now. I think it knows your the stare master. Or if this is a staring contest your losing. Badly." Legend groaned, watching the unintresting display of Twilight just staring at a rupee.

"Yeah, I did warn you it would take a while."

Fourteen hours in and Twilight was still staring at a rupee. But Legend noticed something... odd.

"I'm sorry, but Twilight? Are you.... merging into the wall??" Warriors beat Legend to the chase, his eyes staring at where Twilight was clearly partly in the wall.

"Yeah, you know that one thing you can do where you phase into walls Legend? This is kind of like that, it just takes a lot of time.." Twilight laughed quietly.

"Oh for the love of hylia. You mean like one of those physic defying things?" Legend laughed. A short, barky sound. It reminded Warriors of a Rabbit.

Warriors sighed, finishing up an apple he was eating. "Well, we should probably sleep in shifts. Since we don't know where the rest of the group is and there could be monsters around."

Legend nodded. "Good place for an ambush. I'll take first and when, and if, Twilight stops staring at a rupee, I'll wake you up."

Warriors nodded and settled down. Laying out his mat, he settled on a comfortable position as Legend observed the surrounding area.

"So Twilight. Have you ever done this before?" Legend asked.

Twilight nodded. "Once. There was this gate I had to get past to fight a boss. However, I couldn't get the key, so I had to sit there staring at a rupee for 20 hours. My friend was so dumbfounded and I would say, it was worth it seeing her face." Twilight laughed quietly, his expression turning sad at the mention of his friend.

Legend groaned. "It took you 20 hours? Oh god. I have a feeling we'll be here for a very long time."

Seventeen hours of nothing, and Legend was done. He had woken Warriors up and sat down on his mat again as Warriors rubbed his eyes.

Warriors glanced at Twilight muttered "He's still at it?"

Legend nodded. "I've been timing him. Its been 17 hours."

"Geez." Warriors groaned. "At least it seems he's halfway into the gate or something."

Suddenly, Twilight jerked. Both Warriors and Legend jumped as Twilight suddenly moved, vanishing behind the gate.

They both stared at the gate, and it suddenly opened. Revealing Twilight with slightly bloodshot eyes.

"I did it! AHA I beat the challenge! I'm... I'm going to sleep." Twilight mumbled, collapsing next to Legend.

"Must of been a very interesting rupee huh?" Legend snickered.

"Right now, all I can see is blue rupees. Everything is just blue rupees now." Twilight groaned, he rolled over on his back in the grass. "I forgot how boring it is and how painful is it after. I feel so sore, I don't think I will stand for the next ten thousand years."

Warriors snorted. "Would you like some help setting up your mat?"

"Yes please."

"Guys, this is Olly"

"Wild, that is a stalhorse. Get away from that thing!"

"But he's a friend, say hello to him. And hurry up, it's half past 3"

Time facepalmed, his one good eye staring at where Hyrule was gently patting Olly gently, a confused expression on his face.

Legend to was groaning in a face palm. "Aren't those things monsters or something? The stable person said that it could eat the other horses when you tried to keep the last one."

"What do you mean? Why do we need to hurry?" Four asked simultaneously, looking into Olly's glowing eyes. "Also Wild had gotten more of these? When? And why have I never seen them before now??" Four's eyes widened and glimmered violet in the moonlight.

Wind was petting Olly, clearly not caring about danger. Sky and Twilight, however, stayed back.

"Well, you see..." Wild started before Olly collapsed in on himself.

Wind and Four instinctively jerked away, Time noticed Four's hand instantly go to his sword handle. Warriors watched quietly, not reacting much but a small stiffen of his muscles. Legend watched disinterestedly but his hand flashed to his bag for a quick second. Sky and Twilight stared not moving. Only Hyrule and Wild was unfazed. Time himself was a little unnerved as Olly started to break apart.

"That happens.." Wild said as he watched his friend crumple into purple dust to float away in the wind.

"Aww, but Olly!" Hyrule said slightly sad as he watched the nicest (In Hyrule's opinion) monster fade away into the wind.

"Olly shall be missed on this day..."

Yo! How do you find someone to help with a fic you're trying to write? I don't really have friends that like Linked universe, and I need someone to help me figure out how to actually write 👉👈

Looking for a LU fic! Please help. Four ends up stuck with Dink, and in a vein similar to Threats and theatrics by hrtruona has to pull off a big act of the colors fighting each other. Details may not be entirely accurate, but I really wanna find this fic

LU AU where Dark Link gathers all the other Dark and Shadow Links but Ravio gets caught up in the mix. He pretends to be another evil doppelganger to survive, but Shadow realizes he's a faker by day1. Shadow n Ravio team up to screw Dink over so that they can find their heroes. Doodle is from November, completely forgot to post it.

Feeling so genuinely honored that you felt inspired to write this just from my AU!

this fic is a lot of fun and I think it matches the vibe really well

I just shake my head, ruining my already bad bed hair. It's not like I need to get out of bed yet, as Arte--Princess Zelda made me free from my duties for the rest of the week, but she knows I can never take a break from my work for that long.

But having at least one day will be nice--

Twi: wolf, obviously

leg: rabbit, no clue that's just what the comic says

time: Gold Wolf, game canon

wind: Shark, strong and courageous

hyrule: field mouse (or a deer), timid and must be protected like the little bean he is

four: raccoon, smart and I would argue that he gets curious sometimes

sky: bird, a free spirit

warriors: bear, strong fighter

wild: mountain lion (other names for this animal are cougar jaguwirer etc.)

Idk if I got all the characters I have a terrible memory.

Guys I just thought of the most angstest idea while listening to music and like literally ran to write it all down before it suddenly disappeared from my mind

Like image the chain are fighting a group of of monster, all ending up falling through a portal and back to their respective eras.

The story focuses on Warriors (because i love him and it's always him on angsty stories sob) and how when going through the portal ends up getting infected with dink in his head

it's to shows his life with dink eating away at his mind in hopes of controlling him (thought wars does something to stop the process). Distancing from the people that are worried for him. Is horrified that he is forgetting how his brother look like.

Decades pass, and wars is now a sad lonely old man with a open wounded heart. He ends up taking his life as his house is up in flames with dink scream at him (all the while wars being so done with life and cursing hylia for everything she has put his brothers through)

His last moments is letting out a weak chuckle as he imagines a group eight calling his name

I'm literally staring at a document filled with two pages of notas and small snippets of dialogue sobbing
