I rlly need to start getting more active. not only on tumblr but also on a daily basis. like more steps. more dancing. more basically anything. if I want to lose weight that is like no. 1 requirement yet all I do is lay in bed. I'm so tired and sick of looking the way I am. I hate myself.
The urge to fall back into all of my bad habits because i am too tired and they feel familiar.
Day 2 I will do a workout soon so I will burn off the extra calories ✅

Alrighty, so I started my diet off today and gotta say, we're off to a pretty good start. I managed to stay under 400 calories and worked out through out the day, and ill be adding a walk in a bit later today. I've almost reached my water goals, and im gonna have a tea bc we cold, but other than that, im done eating for the day. I am a bit worried about this Thursday because my family and I will be staying in a hotel and they'll get full monitoring of what I eat and what I do so that should be interesting. In other news watched a lot of gossip girl today (highkey cringe ik but we aren't gonna talk abt it), and did a lot of drawing.
