what is actually a massive problem for disabled folks: "well you don't LOOK disabled, are you sure you're not faking? I'm not giving you accommodations until you PROVE you're not faking. Please give me, a stranger, your medical info and explain your condition to me in detail so I know you're not faking and only then will I respect or take you seriously"
If you want to support Ukrainians, DO NOT donate to Red Cross. Can't speak about their work in other countries, but they're useless in Ukraine. The only trustworthy international organisation I can think of is World Central Kitchen.

How to explain to people that there's NO NEED in restraining a person when they have a seizure, like bro, just put them on their side and count time, and if the seizure doesn't end or lasts more, call the ambulance. NOT RESTRAIN a person, because either you either them will end up with a trauma.
