I have a friend who is Pluto dominant and also has venus in the 8h and she will come across ppl who have the most unhinged or inappropriate reactions to her presence.  Especially men in relationships, she has found that they treat her badly or are rude to her. almost like they are mad at her for being attractive (secretly mad at themselves for finding her attractive).

🥀we also know that the 8th house also shows us whats taboo, hidden, disturbing and shameful. so those with venus in the 8th house could encounter people that hide their attraction to them with disgust. with comments like “theyre so ugly to me” or pointing out something really specific about their body, usually critque in a very sexual and objectified way.

🥀my sister has an 8h venus and sometimes she goes into work looking very pretty, hair done and makeup. and this lady at her job looks at her in DISGUST when she sees her 😭 its soo fucking bizarre. and she confessed she use to think it was all in her head but one time she took me to a staff party and i was like why is that lady literally snarling at you and she was like wtf so you see it too LMFAOOOO (but AGAIN thats the shit with this energy, people having EXTREME reactions).

🥀**tw*** I have had multiple friends with 8h venus and scorpio venus even find family members to make creepy comments or say things that make them uncomfortable about their bodies :( comments like, “if only you weren’t my…” i am OBVIOUSLY not stating that is a guaranteed experience for these people but 8th is the TABOO. that part of it can be horrible.

🥀 ^ my advice to that is to NEVER  normalize blatant, disrespect, even if it’s displayed as “just jokes.” Respectfully put them in their place. My friend will really tell people “I have no idea why you feel comfortable speaking to me like this” when she gets comments (and usually they will be ones insinuating she is promiscuous).  I can easily escalate from there because your presence, your values, beauty, pleasure all become very triggering to other people (yes, even people you’re not even dating/ interested in or in a relationship with).

🥀 Certain clothing, makeup, or other forms of expression may be deemed overly exposing, provocative, or "sexy" on you, but if someone without the 8th house/scorpio energy wore them, the response would be far less intense and dramatic. I've also noticed that women with this placement got policed A LOT with their clothing and bodies growing up, being sexualized as young children as well.

🥀also that can create a sense of distortion/ trauma in your relationship with your body. so some days those venus in the 8th house could dress up or do what they usually do in their routine (unique to them) that makes them feel beautiful, but they still might not be able to see that beauty or feel it. Kind of like “yeah, youre telling me im pretty but idk i guess.” BUUUUUTTT when they step into their full power omg unstoppable *chefs kiss.* they know that even on their “worst” days their beauty is mesmerizing. but that self-loves comes after working hard to unpack trauma and their relationships with other people and how it all merged together. you have to figure out that some pain/ insecurities do not actually belong to you.

🥀 those with venus in the eighth house also tend to attract individuals that are already in committed relationships or individuals where the relationship would be kind of inappropriate ( it being a boss or a friends ex or something like that). It’s like the other person sees the venus in the eighth house person as the ultimate temptation. BUT, the Venus in the 8th house person could indulge in this as well if they have no restraint.

🥀 those with venus in the eighth house may also have felt insecure of their features growing up. they might’ve dreamed about getting cosmetic surgery. but could also be simultaneously afraid of it or afraid they will regret changing their unique features. 🥺

🥀 their beauty can feel contradicting, however, for the venus in 8th house person.  This is partially because even if they were sexualized or policed a lot growing up, they could have also felt insecure about their looks simultaneously.  It could’ve been like either people could have been “repulsed” by them or attracted (or a mix of both).

🥀i only say that bc scorpio venus, 8th house venus, venus-pluto ppl have such a striking beauty but i don’t think its in the conventionally attractive way (like not having perfectly straight teeth or maybe a slightly crooked nose, ya know). so if anything that could throw others off & b like hmm you’re someone I wouldn’t usually think is pretty yet somehow you’re beautiful. i only say that bc plutonian energy is disruptive. like IF ANYTHING, these ppl are the ones that think about getting cosmetic surgery (but u shouldnt, those very features are what make u so mesmerizing).

🥀however, do NOT be afraid to treat yourself. For example, one of my friends has venus in the 8th house and she has wanted to get laser for her body hair for the longest. She also loves great quality skincare products too. Her family/friends were complaining that she “wastes too much money on stuff like that” and to not get the laser. she ended being able to EASILY save for it, didn’t tell anyone and got it. Now these same people are telling her “omg ur skin looks so good! etc etc.” that’s because as an eighth house Venus a lot of people might not understand your routines. They might even feel jealous about the things you have for them (like your perfumes, skin care, accessories, clothes, hair products etc).

🥀^ BUT as an 8th house venus, the better you feel about yourself, the more your relationships prosper. And sometimes the same people complaining about the money you “waste” would NOT complain if you were giving them gifts the same price. sometimes people resent you for looking a certain way or having things that they secretly wanted as well. but the only difference is that the 8th house Venus person took the risk and interest in investing in it.

🥀so don’t be afraid to make your nail or hair appointments, get that massage, get that facial etc and keep it cute and lowkey. Don’t let people get into a habit of asking you the prices of things you do/ buy only to then shame you for it. it can become a vicious cycle, especially with the people close to you.

🥀 A yearning for relationships that are powerful, passionate, and transformative. If it's less than that, the Venus 8th house individual will not engage, since there is a tremendous urge to merge and discover each other's deepest and most unexplored sides. These are the people that appreciate it when love makes them feel a little crazy haha (within certain limitations, of course; I obviously am not referring to abusive relationships). They loveeee the intense eye contact, for the connection to feel exclusive and as if no one else could possibly comprehend the emotion. That’s also why it comes to expressing how they feel about love or relationships they might not even try because there could be no exact words for what it is that they’re looking for.

🥀 Being desired can also give them a great feeling of power since they love and feel so intensely. It serves as a reminder of their magnetism and could also give them a little ego boost hehe. 🥀 Individuals with Venus in the 8th house significantly alter the people they spend time with (whether it be platonic or romantic). However, they demand loyalty as they are going to be loyal to you as well.  When they feel deceived or disappointed, the connection will never be the same. These are the people that, YEARS later, old friends may still think about or discuss them, and may even attempt to reach out to them, but the person with Venus in the 8th house is nowhere to be found. As I've stated previously, there is a common misunderstanding among those with 8th house placements or Plutonian people that they are better able to endure suffering than others. They can be familiar to intense situations but that does not mean they are somehow immune from pain or suffering. In a sense, they are just pushed to endure adversity in silence or given no grace in the public light. Therefore, when Venus in the 8th house ultimately departs from a relationship, the individual may realize that 1) not only is their life improving, but 2) the other person mourns the loss of that connection and access. They realize how fortunate they were to have the Venus in the eighth house by their side. Unfortunately, they were only able to truly appreciate the relationship they had with the 8th house venus person until it was dead and gone.

🥀as an 8th house venus, you KNOW for sure someone is bad for you if you start losing so much money when they’re in your life/ precense. My sister has an 8h Venus in sidereal and OMGGGG, when she’s with people that clearly care about her, her finances and savings stack up. recently, she befriended some people that she wasn’t sure they had her best interest in mind & she kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. She ended up losing like 2000 dollars because of some trouble she got with them :( Her relationships (venus) have a direct relationship with her finances (8h).

🥀to add on to that, 8th housers in general tend to have a powerful intuition (that they have to be careful to balance and not let it succumb to paranoia). she kept having gut feelings that maybe these people didn’t like her as much as it seemed. The 8th house rules EXTREME reactions. One day they treated her well and the next they made aggressive comments. very hot and cold reaction. Its important to stick to a “rule” of sorts or maybe even a motto when it comes to feeling people out. It’s important to start slow (and ik with 8th house energy there is this exciting urge to merge but PLS pace yourselves).

🥀our mother would tell us all the time to be careful and to not trust people growing up 😂 she is very suspicious of people lmfaoo but i think thats why we try to trust people if they haven’t given a reason not to trust them & give them that benefit of the doubt. But it should be more than that. sometimes we have to let people show us who they are. we have to master when its time to harden our boundaries and also soften them. and for 8th house placements it’ll take a lot of trial and error.

🥀 however, on the bright side, even though the eighth house can show our traumas. It’s also compensation.  it’s two sides of the same coin. in astrology usually when wanting to indicate a karmic relationships we would look at the 8th and 12th (3rd) house. so whatever placements fall into those of their houses it’s probably a karmic relationship in some way but i’ll still explain my interpretation of their chart ruler in the other person’s 8th house.

They can be familiar to intense situations but that does not mean they are somehow immune from pain or suffering. In a sense, they are just pushed to endure adversity in silence or given no grace in the public light. Therefore, when Venus in the 8th house ultimately departs from a relationship, the individual may realize that 1) not only is their life improving, but 2) the other person mourns the loss of that connection and access. They realize how fortunate they were to have the Venus in the eighth house by their side. Unfortunately, they were only able to truly appreciate the relationship they had with the 8th house venus person until it was dead and gone. 

🥀 so its very important that those with venus in the eighth house make sure they’re being treated right from the beginning. 🥀 But on a more positive side, Venus in the eighth house individuals who establish their boundaries early on in a relationship have the ability to attract partners who adore lavishing them with luxuries. They can attract partners who validate and affirm them, making them feel valuable, cared for, and beautiful. They might easily attract a loyal and trustworthy individual . However, it may take a great deal of trial and error in relationships before these individuals learn to evaluate their standards and refuse to compromise them for the sake of the connection. When life is going really well for them its beneficial to keep certain things private as well.

🥀 8th house placements must accept that change in their lives is never without some form of upheaval, and the more they fight, the more difficult it will be for them to perceive the benefits of the changes since they will be too busy clinging to what is familiar. The topics of your values, wealth, beauty, and relationships will be in a state of flux and transition when Venus is in this position. Loss will always be accompanied with a reward if you learn to accept it and draw lessons from it. In such a short period of time, they have actually mastered the ability to level up tremendously. This 2h-8h axis comes into play when a person's self-worth and confidence increase (2h), as will their HEALTHY methods of sharing and constructing relationships with others (8h).

🥀and you do have that right to have people prove themselves to you (2h) before fully comitting money, time, sex (8h). you will know the scales are unbalanced when you find yourself feeling taken advantage of, losing money, and not feeling well mentally. thats a sign as an 8h venus that you got to cut off that connection. people have to NOURISH you. they have to make you feel safe, protected and secure. If not, you could easily find yourself giving and giving until you feel resentful. and that means that you havent stepped into your full power. Before people ask about $, your advice, going on dates etc give yourself time to think, is this truly a connection I want to keep alive?

🥀as an 8th house venus, you KNOW for sure someone is bad for you if you start losing so much money when they’re in your life/ precense. My sister has an 8h Venus in sidereal and OMGGGG, when she’s with people that clearly care about her, her finances and savings stack up. recently, she befriended some people that she wasn’t sure they had her best interest in mind & she kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. She ended up losing like 2000 dollars because of some trouble she got with them :( Her relationships (venus) have a direct relationship with her finances (8h).

🥀to add on to that, 8th housers in general tend to have a powerful intuition (that they have to be careful to balance and not let it succumb to paranoia). she kept having gut feelings that maybe these people didn’t like her as much as it seemed. The 8th house rules EXTREME reactions. One day they treated her well and the next they made aggressive comments. very hot and cold reaction. Its important to stick to a “rule” of sorts or maybe even a motto when it comes to feeling people out. It’s important to start slow (and ik with 8th house energy there is this exciting urge to merge but PLS pace yourselves).

🥀our mother would tell us all the time to be careful and to not trust people growing up 😂 she is very suspicious of people lmfaoo but i think thats why we try to trust people if they haven’t given a reason not to trust them & give them that benefit of the doubt. But it should be more than that. sometimes we have to let people show us who they are. we have to master when its time to harden our boundaries and also soften them. and for 8th house placements it’ll take a lot of trial and error.

🥀 however, on the bright side, even though the eighth house can show our traumas. It’s also compensation.  it’s two sides of the same coin.  So, after traumatic or trouble some relationships, there are very important and GOLDEN lessons  learned that said the foundation for how you want to be treated, both romantically and platonically  in the future.

🥀  this placement really is the true definition of “Whatever has been lost will be returned to you in new forms. You will always be full and never empty.” for example, my sister now has exchanged that energy. from that loss and devastation in chaos, she has found some non-negotiable boundaries for the way she is going to interact with people in the future.  And that’s gonna make it easier for her to avoid situations in which there is danger and potential loss of money/ resources/ time.

🥀as an 8h venus you have to accept that loss will be a part of your life (some on your terms and some “againts ur will”) BUT your reaction will ALWAYS be on your own terms. When there is something that you desire badly, whether it be a goal or a relationship or moving up in ur career etc, there is something you will have to let go. it can be physical. it can be as simple as cutting your hair! but it can also be emotional and external like letting go of that friendship that is holding you back. you will know what it is.

🥀 when you’re going through these periods of transformation,  it’ll be obvious to other people because youll pop up with a new hair cut/ color, tattoos, entirely different wardrobe, or even be in a secret relationship or with someone who other people would never expect. I love when plutonians do this though because im like damn 😍😍 you look GOOD! And ik you probably just went through hell 💀 SO I HOPE YOU FEEL GOOD!

Moon in the 4th house 🌜💖- This overlay created a lot of emotional intimacy and comfort between me and a friend. This is the best moon synastry in my perspective. The mutual understanding is there, the respect and comfort is reciprocated. Very intuitive bond as well, the moon person knows what the house person needs.

Venus in the 12th house 🧘‍♀️🌟- My best friend and I share this placement. We are long distance, yet our spiritual bond keeps us connected. We dream of each other and when we know something is off, we tell each other. It’s more of an intuitive feeling we get. I am able to channel her spirit guides and any message to her, and I was able to have deep spirit sessions with a loved one for her ❤️‍🩹

Sun in the 7th house 🌷🍵- This synastry is questionable being that the 7th house rules enemies. When in a great bond, the sun person provides ambition in the relationship, motivation and effort. Funny moments are constantly had and the laughter doesn’t end. It’s giving crackhead 🤣

1st moon/sun synastry 💖🌹- This synastry is also questionable being that it can create idolization, competition. But when good, both people can look up to one another and inspire each other to grow. The sun/moon person has qualities the house person adores, and wants to adapt into their life. This synastry is significant for inner work and growth. When both people are mature, inner work can help advance the connection.

Venus in the 8th 🌃🌟- An intertwined relationship. No one quite understands how the connection works except for the two involved. It was a deep experience for me, transformative at best. The kind of love that is rare, or you don’t see all of the time. A spiritual bond extending time and space. This is also questionable being that it led to competition, jealousy, and separation when the two are not able to come together to heal.

Moon in the 7th house 🌹💗- The moon person comes forward quietly, but has a powerful and intuitive way of connecting with the house person. This is debatable too, being that the moon person can have fears and doubts, and hide them. But there is a feeling of giving here, and nurturing when the connection is healthy. The house person feels nurtured, seen and understood, and feels a part of them is in the moon person. I really liked this.

Sun in the 6th house 🌟💘- The sun person brings enthusiasm, passion and drive in daily routine. A friend and I would go out a lot, enjoy our moments and it was filled with laughter. Spending time with her was always fun, warm and filled with joy.
