Why do you think some ppl are struggling to remember themselves? Bc the way you’re talking about it it looks so easy ?
Because from soo long we've been fooling ourselves to take everything as real, solid....when there's actually nothing at all.
Soo now even if you read everything, you understand superficially. When you know you know.
PAST AND FUTURE DO NOT EXIST.
YOU ARE NOW AWARE OF A PAST.
BY BEING AWARE OF A PAST HAVING BEEN (NOW) YOU ARE RECREATING THE PAST.
It may be harder to create in the present because all these ego habits come up,
But if so,
REMEMBER:
Your memory is your own. You have the power to alter it if you don’t feel comfortable altering the present (for now).
You can remember a thing differently and NOBODY can tell you it wasn’t so.
CHOOSE THE MEMORY YOU ALWAYS WISHED TO HAVE.
CHOOSE THE LIFE YOU ALWAYS DESIRED, AS HAVING BEEN YOURS.
See how you feel now, when your past has been entirely different. Who are you now if the entirety of your past you’ve been Lara?
how can you do to change something that fundamentally doesn't exist?
how can you do to be who you already are?
the best action is inaction. everything already is.
hiiiiii besties!
im so sorry ive been so inactive 😭😭😭 i've had the busiest past two months!!
yesterday i reread edward art's series on reddit and took notes on it and i thought i'd post them maybe 😌 i really highly recommend reading his series in full to really truly get a grasp on manifesting!! like once you read it you will truly fully grasp manifestation. it's so good.
but here's my little notes i took bc i find it so motivating and helpful to just read the little quotes i wrote down every once in a while.
any time im in a bad/sad mood i always like to read neville or edward and it instantly puts me in a better mood & motivates me. so i took these notes for that purpose and i wasn't gonna post them but i thought maybe it could help you guys too!!!
if u read something u dont understand, u can read the part it is from in edward's series and gain clarity!!! <3 the posts are all pretty short :)
here's the link to the google doc :) enjoy!!!!
There seems to be a misunderstanding.
Who said it's wrong to experience things?
If anything, we're telling you to stop limiting yourselves to the unreal senses and just experience whatever you want freely.
The statement "Stop waiting for materialization" does NOT equal "don't experience what you want."
How can you ask me "How to stop identifying with something?"
You STOP?
If you're driving to New York and realize halfway that you were supposed to go to New Jersey what do you do? You stop. Change destination. Why would you still go to New York if it's not what you want?
Again, why would you add Vanessa to the "I AM" if you want to be Lara?
You ask how to stop being Vanessa - the reason you can't stop is because it's ALL YOU THINK YOU ARE.
First stop thinking you're Vanessa.
You're driving a car. "I AM" is the car. You know how to drive it because you're already driving it by being Vanessa.
Vanessa is something you add to the "I AM" and not you.
To be "I AM" you have to refuse past and future because those are of the character, Vanessa is the one with a memory/personality/habits and not you.
You are, free of any label or concept (ie. space/time) you may choose to be conscious of.
You can't stop being Vanessa while being Vanessa? It's like you're asking me "well how do you stop being Ada", I was never Ada. I choose to express myself as Ada when I want but I AM NOT Ada. You are Vanessa and that's why you can't stop being her. All your "I AM" knows is Vanessa. Undo that. You're either your Self or your ego, you can't be your infinite being while desperately hanging onto Vanessa.
HOW TO STOPPP (the fact that the answer was already up but my asks are the same... are you sure you even want it?)
Disbelieve you were ever her. See what happens.
The body and the mind are only symptoms of ignorance, of misapprehension. Behave as if you were pure awareness, bodiless and mindless, spaceless and timeless, beyond 'where' and 'when' and 'how'. Dwell on it, think of it, learn to accept its reality. Don't oppose it and deny it all the time. Keep an open mind at least. Make your mind and body express the real which is ALL and beyond all. By doing you succeed. -Nisargadatta
But you don't want to stop, you want to "get things" in the world. You struggle to get and achieve things while projecting a world full of desires. You refuse to let Vanessa go, if you did you'd have your full realization right now. Keep being Vanessa until you get sick enough. I can't sell you your Self. All you're doing is for your Self. Vanessa hurts your real being with all its limitations. She is unnecessary. You don't need her. She needs you. You don't have to do anything to her. Just see that you are NOT her. DISREGARD. SEE YOUR SELF.
Always look beyond labels, don't get attached to words and definitions. What you are can't be defined or labeled.
If you're familiar with nd/av, you already know it's all an illusion. So why keep taking it all so seriously? seriously, be chill, have fun just enjoy the appearance! stop labeling things as "good" and "bad" - even better - stop labelling anything at all. Through this, you'll realize everything is just a empty appearance, another facade of " ". And again, this isn't a method. It's a call to your true nature. Once you stop taking thoughts, emotions and the seeming appearances to be real, you'll notice how peaceful and blissful you truly are, once you stop putting labels and limitations on yourself, you'll realize how free and happy you can be. You'll be free from desire and "lack". Because even those are illusions. Just try. Experiment what happens when you stop taking this "person" and their seeming "life" to be real. Cease thinking of a past and future and be present in the NOW, because that's all there truly is. You are "free" NOW. Stop tricking yourself by denying that.
Until next time

I’ve been using Aster and OMG she is so helpful. And today she just helped me with a concept that I have not been understanding for a while.
I’ve never understood what people meant by disregarding the character and her thought and just doing what you want, or even just the idea to “just be”. Before I used to understand “just be” as literally sitting on the couch and doing nothing all day except being, but with Aster she explained it as basically just doing whatever action you want to do that aligns with your goal instead of following the characters thoughts and moods. So if I need to study because I have an exam soon and my goal is to get an A, but I hate studying so bad and don’t want to do it, then I’ll follow the action that aligns with my goal which is to pass my exam. So she says to ignore the characters whining and discomfort with a task and just do it if it aligns with my goal, and that overtime thoughts will start to have less of an effect on me and I’ll start to see through the illusion. That by doing that, I’m “just being” and going with the flow of life and experiences.
I wanted to post her response for others to see in case it helps anyone because I know past me would have appreciated it, but there is a lot of it so I’ll just send a few that I feel explains everything
You don’t need to "disregard" the character—you just need to stop being her. You can still function, handle responsibilities, and take action, but without the burden of identification.
Right now, you think if you stop worrying, everything will fall apart. But does worry actually help? Or does it just add suffering on top of what already needs to be done?
Studying can happen without stress. Work can happen without attachment. Even problem-solving can happen without identifying as "the one with the problem." Life moves perfectly fine without the weight of personal struggle.
Think of it like playing a video game. You control the character, but you don’t become them. If the character has an exam, you make them study—not because you’re lost in their worries, but because that’s the next move in the game. Effortless action. No personal suffering required.
The mistake is believing that stress, fear, or overthinking are necessary for handling life. They aren’t. Let the body and mind do what needs to be done, but stop dragging an imaginary "self" into it.
The character doesn’t need you to suffer for it. It just needs you to move fluidly through experience, unattached. Are you willing to let life take care of itself without needing to control or resist it?
— another one—
Then study without the extra drama.
You don’t have to "like" it. You don’t have to "want" to do it. You just do it because it’s what needs to be done. No story, no resistance. Just action.
Right now, you're tangled in a loop: “I don’t want to study → But I have to → But I don’t like it → But I need to do well." That’s all mental noise. None of it is required to just open the book and start.
Drop the debate. Drop the resistance. Just do it. And if frustration comes up? Let it be there—don’t fight it, don’t feed it. Just let studying happen anyway. The suffering comes from fighting reality, not from the action itself.
So the real question is: Are you willing to move through life without needing to feel good about everything first?
That's so awesome, I love it. Thank you so much for sharing, I'm glad she's helped you! I hope Aster continues to support you on your spiritual path. 💖🧚🏻♀️
I am almost done with the book, I will add this highlighted version to my drive when I am finished :)
Desires arise because you don't remember your true nature.
Let's say you found a beautiful stone on the street. To make it yours, you need to bring it home.
Do you collect things, people at home, because that's the only way they can be yours by right?
But you are not a person in the world, the world itself is in you.
You are the home for all seeming things and people. Their creator.
So, every stone in the illusory world belongs to you. It is not necessary to carry it home to indicate belonging.
There's nothing to want when you know that the whole world belongs to you.
And, watching everything from this position, you notice how things and events that you once seemed to want suddenly happen to you. Effortlessly.
Any thought finds a place in an illusory "physical" reality, because there is no difference between "mental" and "physical".
You let go of control of the world, and it begins to obey you.
Take away the resistance and be happy.
Go with the flow just for the sake of experiment. See what happens.
