- 2 cucumbers, sliced lengthways and then cut into small pieces - 1 red onion - 1 red capsicum - 2 tsp balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp olive oil (optional)
Combine these all in a container, mix, and eat! I consider this to make four portions, 56 calories each, or 224 calories for the whole thing (which is very filling!). If you take out the oil, it would be even lower, but it’s worth it for me.
The veggies give you a boost of nutrients, and olive oil provides a tiny amount of good fat for your body (and brain!) to function.

Meditate, focusing on the target. (What did they do to you? Why did they do it? How did it make you feel?)
Recite the following until you’re content:
Put on a mask, Lie all you want. The monster inside you Isn’t a shock.
I’ll peel off your mask, Show your face to the light, And see who all believes That you’re still in the right.
Remove the cloth or ink from the mirror and focus on your goal.
If you are a baby witch, I would recommend you to start by a book of shadows. A book of shadow is a witche’s most precious tool. It is a kind of journal, or diary, in which you write your magickal learnings, spells, etc… Here are some examples of what you can put in it.
*10 pieces of spaghetti broken in half
*1 cup of vegetable broth
*¼ cup of chopped carrots
*3 tbsp of celery
Throw together in a pot and cook till the noodles and vegetables are soft
This is a warm homey soup which is great for if you are sick <3
