Disclaimer: I’m making these rules for me to follow, please don’t use these if they will damage your health
These guys are really really easy to make, and they’re vegan too! These are really healthy, and easy to make from scratch. They come out nice and soft, perfectly chewy like store-bought oatmeal cookies. If you make 16 large cookies, they come out to 51 kcal each and less than 1 gram of fat!
Ingredients:
1 cup unsweetened applesauce (100 kcal)
1.5 quick oats (540 kcal)
0.5 cup oat flour (180 kcal) OR another 0.5 cup quick oats (180 kcal)
2 tsp baking powder (0 kcal)
OPTIONAL: 0 cal sweetener, to taste (I used 1 tbsp)
How to:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit / 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with parchment paper or a baking mat
Make 0.5 cup oat flour by blending 0.5 cup quick oats until they reach a powder consistency. Skip this step if you’re using pre-made oat flour.
Mix oat flour, applesauce, quick oats, and baking powder in a bowl. Add sweetener to taste and mix well.
Spoon batter onto baking tray, flattening out the dough slightly.
Bake for about 15 minutes, less for smaller cookies. The cookies will be soft at this point, that’s okay!
Wait for them to cool and enjoy :)
If you’re wondering why my cookies are purple, it’s because I used a mix of strawberry-applesauce and blueberry-applesauce :P

Chemistry: the study of composition, structure, properties, and changes of matter.
Composition of matter relates to the kinds of elements it contains
Structure of matter relates to the ways the atoms of these elements are arranged
Property: any characteristic that makes a sample of matter unique
Molecule: an entity composed of two or more atoms with the atoms attached to one another in a specific way.

States of Matter: the three physical states matter exists in; gas, liquid, solid
There are two types of pure substances:
Elements: has a single kind of atom and is represented by a chemical symbol (basically anything on the periodic table of elements)
Compounds: composed of two or more elements joined chemically
The Law of Constant Composition/ The Law of Definite Proportions
The elemental composition of a pure compound is always the same
Mixtures: have variable compositions and can be homogeneous mixtures (solutions) or heterogeneous mixtures

Physical and chemical properties can be used to identify a substance
Physical change: matter does not change its composition (ex: Changes of state; gas to liquid, etc) Chemical change (Chemical reaction): substance is transformed into a chemically different substance Intensive properties: independent of the amount of matter examined (internal qualities) Extensive Properties: relate to amount of substance present (external qualities) Scientific Method: dynamic process used to answer questions about our physical world; can lead to scientific laws (general rules that summarize how nature behaves) Makes use of hypotheses (tentative explanations) which can be tested and refined into theories that can predict the results of future observations and experiments.

Precision: how closely different measurements of a quantity agree with one another
Accuracy: how well measurement agrees with the accepted or “true” value
Significant Figures: one estimated digit, the last digit of the measurement. Certain rules must be followed.
Dimensional Analysis: a problem solving technique where units play a major role within the calculation using conversion factors (ratios constructed from valid relations between equivalent quantities)
A couple people asked me to post the spell for the spell jar I made the other day! This is the first spell I’ve posted, so let me know if you need clarification with anything. I’m happy to answer any questions 💖
This spell jar is intended to create a stronger connection with your loved one and protect the connection from weakening.
Note: Any of these ingredients can be substituted, omitted, or things can be added for a more specific intent.
What you’ll need:
A cute jar! *Himalayan Pink Salt - friendship, love and purification *Rose Petals - healing, love and protection *Peppermint Leaves - love, lust and protection (use tea if you don’t have mint leaves on you!) I also used peppermint flowers because they’re so pretty 😊 *Coltsfoot - love and peace *Rose Quartz - friendship, happiness and love *Amethyst - peace and protection *Apple seeds - love, protection and purification. (And fertility if that’s what you’re going for) *Lavender - happiness, love, peace, protection and purification *Jasmine - love Incense - I used strawberry for love (and it smells really good!) but you can use jasmine, rose, or lavender if you’d like! String (pink if you have it!) White and pink candles A funnel for the herbs if you need it!

So first I layered all of the ingredients in the order they are listed in the jar. Focus on the correspondence you feel in each item as you place them into the jar. Then, I sealed the jar with white and pink wax. Practice fire safety when doing this, please! And don’t get wax in your carpet like I did.
Next comes the string - it’s a perfect opportunity to incorporate knot magick if you practice that! Visualize the connection between you and your lover growing tighter and stronger as you pull the knot closed. Giving it a few extra tugs doesn’t hurt!
Finally, I passed the spell jar through my incense and sung a love song. If you’re not comfortable singing, try saying a poem out loud that reminds you of your beloved!
I’m planning to give this jar to my beloved on Valentine’s Day, but you can always give it to yourself for some self-love 💕
(not actually a cinnamon roll but it tastes just like it)
here’s how:
1 tbsp of white flour (28 kcal) 1 tbsp of water 1 tbsp of 0kcal sweetener ½ tsp of cinnamon (3 kcal)
mix in a bowl or a mug or whatever and put in microwave! it tastes really good and helps if you’re craving something sweet.
Workout whilst you run a bath or before you get in the shower - personally I like to do 50 jump squats (2 sets of 25)
If you love binge watching TV or netflix, take regular work out breaks. I sometimes just keep it playing and do crunches or a plank, or boxing sit ups.
Get a workout buddy to go to a class or something with. I found someone to go on runs with in the summer and at the moment we go to zumba classes. It makes it more fun and you feel lame for cancelling so you are less likely to skip it.
Stretch! Do yoga or pilates and basic stretches. Less sweating, less intense and still very beneficial. Also can be done infront of the TV
