Ok I love these new Everlux fellas but I think it would be cooler if they were like instrument makers. I love a good book wyrm but I feel aethers already accomplished that. Imagine a mama Everlux teaching her grub how to make and play tunes

Also totally bias cause I love the harp horns and think it would have been so cool to have more instrument traits (eclipse too omg that one is so lovely)

small edit: NEW IDEA, keep the whole book wyrm thing but make all the books about music. They hid away in sheet music and write each other songs of love and friendship. They record information through song. omg the book wyrm can still fit with the music vibe

anyways heres my oc! Sour gummy worm cookie. Shes got some wyvern/dragon in her cause I enjoy dragons a lot tee hee. A trickster and lover of gold, shes oblivious to the dangers of the world and just has fun.

Welcome to a world filled with weirdos (extraterrestrials and cosmic horrors), Wannabes (not very threatening villains and evil doers) and WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING!?'s (demons, cryptids, etc)

3 time galactic veteran Garmon has been tasked with starting the MDF (Midwest. Defense. Force.) after reports of weird activity have been more frequent in the heartland. Found it hard to find recruits as most of the midwest people were already busy with their own lives and no one from the parent organization wanted to go the the boring ol midwest. So the parent organization threw him a bone by "recruiting" 3 kids from the local orphanage.

(1st image from left to right) Fiadh, Helen, and Stella. Fiadh was most excited about the situation and got used to the weird arrangement quickly while Helen and stella were freaked out. If anything it did confirm some things for the girls as they each had previous run in's with weird or unexplainable encounters. Fiadh is most interested in the WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING!?'s as odd creatures and beasts are very cool to her. Helen follows in Garmons steps with interest in 'weirdos' as she'd love to go to space one day and enjoys hearing stories of distant galaxies from Garmon. Stella has interest in the 'wannabes' having always looked up the super heros, she one day wants to be a super hero herself.

During their training though they ran into the witch Astraea. Astraea had been hiding out in the secluded flat lands of the midwest, perfect place to do weird magical things without interruption. Also the perfect area for a retired WAE (Witches. Against. Evil. A rival group to the MDF's parent organization. As WAE used magic to fight evil while MDF is a tech n science based place) member. She was appalled that the defense force was nothing but children and that the children were taught nothing about magic and its uses against evil. She forced Garmon to move his lab to her basment that way the girls had their own room in her warm house and not just some cold lab.

I plan to exapand this world more and maybe make a few little comics out of it. Probably just short stories or test pages as I enjoy drawing weird creatures every now and again. As well as probably giving the MDF more battle ready recruits thus allowing the girls to have a bit more being a kid time 💕

The last talon (among the many others)

While Argile introduced me to many more talons they barely gave me any mind. Mouse, the ex skywing solider was the final one who seemed rather intriuged in me.

Mouse is a small and scrawny skywing. He coughed little flickers of flame every so often almost as if his body kept trying to make fire. Despite his size and lack of strong flame he is crafty. Every plan he makes works out perfectly. Im quite impressed and he seems rather nice... though he can get nosy

He says he joined the talons of epace because he saw the destruction of war and wanted it to end. The whole reason he was exiled from the skywings was due to wanting peace. I feel bad as his years as a soldier seem to weigh heavy on him

overall he is a decent dragon to hang around

Mouse ran back to the skywing queen and ran his big chicken head mouth off about my visions and prophecy! The whole of pyrrhia knows of me! THE SKYWING QUEEN HAS A BOUNTY ON MY HEAD.

Whats worse is that none of the other talons seem to care.... Argile just shrugged and told me to stay out of sight.

I... I.. dont know what to do... I dont know where to go... I...why couldnt I have gotten a vision of this? Am I just some cosmic messenger? Some meaningless pawn?
