when my ex broke up with me 6-7 months ago i was dropping weight i was at my LW then i found someone i rlly like and started getting healthier again and it was so hard to relapse and lose weight. and its finally clicked back in my brain i have full power to restrict myself again. im so happy im not eating like 3 times a day plus snacks like i used too. im gunna get back to my LW and then go even lower.

yeah i woke up with my heart pounding severely. and i could barley get up without it getting worse. my head was so dizzy i was seeing black and white glitchy patterns so i had to focus on that before continuing. i had Half a tukey sandwhich with 8 pieces of lays chips and a cup of sweet tea. as unhealthy as it sounds it helped me feel better physically. the scale says i gained 1lb but im gonna be working out, drinking LOTS of water then taking a cold shower. to help burn some cals. but i think i jumped back into relapsing to fast bc its only been 3 days of fasting and i felt like i was near fuggin death.
in 6 months, you can either be thinner than ever, or disappointed in yourself. your choice!
