Arthur is very shy in his advances, so the most likely scenario is that you’ll have to make the first move because this poor man is just petrified at the idea of pushing you away or scaring you

He will often come to your house to hang out and watch a movie or listen to some music. Not the most entertaining of things, but any time spent with you is time well spent

His go-to on any occasion is trying to make you laugh

The most flirtatious things he’s done always happens when he’s showing you magic tricks. Whether it’s pulling out a bouquet of flowers or purposely handing you cards with hearts, this is the most hints you’ll get out of him

When you talk, his whole body literally turns and angles itself towards you, completely hooked on your every word

If you’ve had a bad day or are just feeling down and need someone to listen your problems, he’s right there for you. Will listen to you vent for hours, genuinely concerned about you and offering help in any way he can

He’s your shoulder to cry on anytime you need, because to him, showing concern and care is his way of subtly reminding you he thinks of you and your happiness

Will invite you to his act at Pogo’s, his eyes filled with innocent hope that you’ll say yes

Arthur will also write you letters. Trying to be as mysterious as possible, he signed them as “secret admirer”, but his writing was so distinctively his that you caught on immediately

When you confronted him about it he started blushing profusely, stuttering out an apology.

You just smiled and pressed a quick kiss to his lips, silencing any paranoid thoughts that plagued his mind right then and there.

Joker:

A sneaky, cocky little shit. Much, much more brash in his advances

Makes you flustered on purpose

Compliments you on your appearance exactly twice a day. Why so specific you ask? It’s not too much to make it seem obvious that he’s paying so much attention to the details, but just enough to leave you crazy, wondering if you’re just overthinking his affections or if there’s actually something going on between you two

Joker tries to impress you constantly, whether it’s luring you in with is dance moves or something more extreme like showing you his gun

Always places his hands on you to remind you of his presence. It’s always very innocent- a hand on your shoulder, holding your hand when he wants to drag you somewhere, tapping you to get your attention. If it was anyone else it wouldn’t seem like anything… but you can feel the heat and desire that comes from his touch right through your clothes

When the both of you are together, he’ll tease you non-stop. It’s never malicious, but just playful and lightly mocking enough to make you blush and pout

Only has eyes for you. You could be walking down the street together and run into a group of Joker fan girls cheering for him, and his eyes would never leave you

If you lean in to hug him when you two meet up somewhere, he’ll take your hand and kiss the back of it, eyes devilishly studying yours

One time he took it up a notch and kissed both your cheeks in greeting. When you turn red and demand an explanation, he just scoffs and goes “It’s European”

Not to fret though, Joker isn’t one for wasting time. He’ll make the first move before you even think about doing it yourself, and then he’s never letting you go

Hello there! Thank you so much! I’m happy you enjoy my writing :) I’m so sorry that you’re not feeling good about yourself lately. I know that feeling all too well. Also, I’ve gotten a few requests like this one, so please anyone else who sent a similar ask, this one is for you guys!

Arthur:

Arthur was never one to care for physical looks. He was much more about compassion and personality than anything else. That doesn’t mean Arthur isn’t drawn to beautiful people. You were one of those people. 

Arthur had immediately been drawn to your kind eyes and pretty face. Even your body seemed to welcome him in. 

When you showed a clear interest in him, Arthur jumped at the chance to have you as his own. He adored every aspect of you. Your personality, your body, your kindness, everything.

When Arthur noticed your reluctance to wear certain things or you would tense when he held you too tightly, he realized you weren’t confident in your body. 

Arthur would ask you about it, not wanting to assume anything, and when you sadly agreed, it broke Arthur’s heart. From that moment on, Arthur made sure to shower you in his little truths. 

He would tell you how perfect you were, how much he loved your stomach and thighs. Arthur would slowly build your confidence until you would dance around to show him a new outfit.

Don’t even get him started on body worship. Arthur always made it very clear to you just how sexy he thought you were. Despite how nervous you were at first, this became something you looked forward to.

Arthur never once made fun of your weight or let other people say anything about you. Arthur would put his life on the line just to protect you.

Joker:

Joker had always been keen on beautiful people with meat on their bones. Something about their lushes body made him feel at home. Made him feel less insecure in his own body. 

When he spotted you on your way home from work, Joker swooped in and romanced you. Every day he would meet up with you on your walk back and woo you until you couldn’t resist his come-ons. 

From the beginning, Joker would tell you how much he adored your body. From whispered complements to full-on dirty talk. It didn’t matter to him, Joker NEEDED you to know how much he craved you. 

Joker would buy (steal?) the clothes he wanted to see you in, and you began to enjoy the fashion shows. Even when the clothes clung to your insecure spots, Joker would lavish you in complements that you no longer cared.

You loved the way he paraded you around like you were the most gorgeous person in all of Gotham. Joker treated you like royalty. Always making sure you were well taken care of and respected. 

No one dared make fun of you when you had Joker on your arm. The looked you used to get slowly disappeared as Joker intimidated everyone around you. 

You knew Joker would kill anyone who hurt your tender confidence, and something about that only made you feel bolder.

I've never done anything with anyone aged 19 as of now - not even a kiss - and I'm totally fine with that. It just rubs me the wrong way if people think you're a failure if you didn't do it before you're 20.

Honestly tried to sharpen it up a bit so it's readable, but doctors handwritings are the absolute worst.

What I got from this (left to right):

Arthur only made it to 10th grade. (Or lower)

He has never been married and has no kids. (We know this)

He's somewhere around in his early 30's. Probably 33-34 years old.

There was indeed only 1 bedroom in the apartment he stayed in with Penny, which could only mean he slept on the couch the entire time. (As some of us already suspected)

The physician doesn't even know where the hell to begin with Arthur's state, so it's written, "Laughing all the time. I don't know happy or what."

Arthur WORKS HIS ASS OFF to provide for himself and Penny as seen where it's checked off by 49-59 hours for working in the past week. (The average working hours per week is 40 hours. At least where I'm from)

The physician then wrote, "I wish I did know" but I'm not sure for which of the questions.

Then where the 'yes' is checked off for if Arthur has a permanent disability, the physical drew a little arrow where he/she then wrote, "I really don't understand."

Couldn't agree more. I just - can't see Joaquin!Joker having a romantic interest? And even less a Harley Quinn?

I've been thinking if there's a second part of Joker movie ... I don't want to watch him having sex with anyone or in a romantic relationship ...

And definitely not with Margot Robbie, I'm sorry but this actress isn't at the level of performance of Joaquin Phoenix ....

Actresses with his acting level could be Natalie Portman, Kate Winslet, Reneé Zelwever, Charlize Theron ... I don't think any of these actresses wants to perform Harley quinn's rol ...

Besides, Joker doesn't seem like a movie that should be have romantic moments, at least Joaquin Phoenix's Joker.

Anyway sadly, is not up to me to make decisions about the movie. But that's how I feel about it.
