I just want someone to hold me while I cry. Not tell me its alright or try to make it better, just hold me and kiss my hair. Let me talk about what's making me upset and wipe my tears with your thumbs and kiss my cheeks afterwards. And if I fall asleep in your arms...?

About shifting from here

As I established in one of my previous posts — this reality is commonly used as a holding cell for all the "bad" things in this multiverse. How do we leave then?

Easy answer: energy. You just have to get a push. Sometimes, your willpower is more than enough, especially if you are doing small shifts (like shifting to a twin reality but with a different outcome of an situation, or with small details changed about you). But shifting to a whole damn different reality is hard. And exhausting.

Even a holy mass, which connects just two planes of existence in this universe, needs energy of a whole damn church of people. That's why all people yawn. And why some people feel like they are about to faint when in church.

You can imagine just how much energy crossing realities can take.

In this case, you need a push. If you have enough energy saved, you can do it with just your will (without intention it won't work even if you have energy) or you can use already compacted energy, like strong emotions. So get excited about your DR, have some anticipation, and use that power to push you forward.

It'll take time and practice, and many breaks. And that's completely okay. It'll take time, and that's normal. You won't be able to draw just when you pick up a pencil for the first time.

Breaks are important as hell. You have to take them. You may feel exhausted, tired, bored, that's the sign to take a break.

Guys anything matters! If you have even few dollars, it can make a difference

Don't skip it 🆘🆘Stop

A simple donation can make a big difference 🙏🙏

I am Hanan from devastated Gaza, married and a mother of three children. Lana, 10 years old, Abdel Karim, 7 years old, and Adam 2. Before October 7, my husband had clothing stores before the war, but the war destroyed the stores. I want you to help me so that I, my husband, and my children once again were displaced dozens of times, and my house was completely destroyed. There is no life, no food, no drink. A tired life. Very🥹🥹. They are my three children. All my life, I do everything possible to protect them from constant bombing. It is very difficult to provide them with food and drink.

Don't Skip It 🆘🆘Stop

This is my house that was bombed, and thank God we miraculously survived the bombing

My husband has lost his source of income. We have no source of income at all. Please help me for the sake of my children. Please, your donations are very important to provide food and drink and protect them from war. I am not asking for much. Donate the price of a cup of coffee. This is not difficult for you. Thank you, my friends.

It is actually deeply ironic how the immensely cracked and dry skin on my heels does not bother me in the slightest but the most little crack or flake on my fingers/face is the “end of the world” and I “will need amputation” and that leaving it alone is “basically equivalent to throwing my life away”

THIS.

The nazis that you see in movies are as much a historical fantasy as vikings with horned helmets and samurai cutting people in half.

The nazis were not some vague evil that wanted to hurt people for the sake of hurting them. They had specific goals which furthered a far right agenda, and they wanted to do harm to very specific groups, (largely slavs, jews, Romani, queer people, communists/leftists, and disabled people.)

The nazis didn't use soldiers in creepy gas masks as their main imagery that they sold to the german people, they used blond haired blue eyed families. Nor did they stand up on podiums saying that would wage an endless and brutal war, they gave speeches about protecting white Christian society from degenerates just like how conservatives do today.

Nazis weren't atheists or pagans. They were deeply Christian and Christianity was part of their ideology just like it is for modern conservatives. They spoke at lengths about defending their Christian nation from godless leftism. The ones who hated the catholic church hated it for protestant reasons. Nazi occultism was fringe within the party and never expected to become mainstream, and those occultists were still Christian, none of them ever claimed to be Satanists or Asatru.

Nazis were also not queer or disabled. They killed those groups, before they had a chance to kill almost anyone else actually. Despite the amount of disabled nazis or queer/queer coded nazis you'll see in movies and on TV, in reality they were very cishet and very able bodied. There was one high ranking nazi early on who was gay and the other nazis killed him for that. Saying the nazis were gay or disabled makes about as much sense as saying they were Jewish.

The nazis weren't mentally ill. As previously mentioned they hated disabled people, and this unquestionably included anyone neurodivergent. When the surviving nazi war criminals were given psychological tests after the war, they were shown to be some of the most neurotypical people out there.

The nazis weren't socialists. Full stop. They hated socialists. They got elected on hating socialists. They killed socialists. Hating all forms of lefitsm was a big part of their ideology, and especially a big part of how they sold themselves.

The nazis were not the supervillians you see on screen, not because they didn't do horrible things in real life, they most certainly did, but because they weren't that vague apolitical evil that exists for white American action heros to fight. They did horrible things because they had a right wing authoritarian political ideology, an ideology that is fundamentally the same as what most of the modern right wing believes.
