I reckon they’d have a lot to talk about 

animorphs: look at the children turning into animals to fight aliens, how wacky! ha ha ha, the aliens got sprayed by a skunk, how silly

also animorphs: also war is hell, sometimes you have to make tough choices in combat that will get people killed and you have to live with it, the child protagonists get severely injured and almost killed and only survive because of their morphing abilities, we're gonna have a whole scene where one of them is tortured for information, and several times they have to debate if they need to kill their family members to keep their secret
