Looking to buy a lore Dragon!

Now that I have your attention, a bit more details, i am looking for either an adult dragon or a hatchling of lore parents who can fill the role of the Permababy keeper. I have an insane amount of Perma babies and I would like one dragon to be the main caregiver for those without parents in the clan.

They should a be a bit of a Mary Poppins, as in both kind and soft with the kids but also firm with my rascals if needed.

I have a few kids with Carnivore who like to chew and nibble on everything including other hatchlings.

If its an adult I am completley open to ideas as to why they are now becoming a 24/7 babysitter, meaning I don't care if their background was soldier or assassin or maybe they just come from a giant family and are used to it.

If you say due to X event they are now moving to my liar to become a fulltime nanny I am oky with it.

Looks wise I am open to everything however you must be okay with me potentially changing their breed/genes to fit my own likings better plus my baby imps are over 3 meter long and the baby obelisks 150kg heavy so I would like the dragon to be already big enough to handle it or change to a breed that is big enough.

I am posting this to tumblr before the forums because I know there are quite some lore lairs here and I feel like it's easier to connect.

Even if you don't have a fitting dragon I would appreciate a reblog so more people can see it!

Ok ok ok! Going off with that comic of Miko laughing so hard it worries Ratchet. Just imagine if one of the kids got the Hiccups. Like I’m sure Ratchet would freak and panic as the kids just keeps hiccuping doing the usual tricks we all know to rid of them and it just worries Ratchet to no end. haha I’ve always pictured this when I was Roleplaying with my Friends and Ratchet became the Adoptive dad and just freaks over the smallest of things and details that our human bodies does. haha

Oh the number of ideas I have for worried Ratchet. Remember that one time Raf was zapped by that Energon thing and got really sick? And Ratchet did nothing at first because he didn’t know anything about Human bodies and how they worked?

WELL, My idea is he felt like absolute scrap after that, It reminded him of Bumblebee and how he couldn’t fix his voice box. He just felt awful about it. A child almost died on Ratchet’s watch that day. A family almost lost one their members that day. So many people nearly lost a friend that day. They almost lost one of their team mates that day. Because Ratchet was foolish and didn’t bother to learn anything about their kind. So what did he do? He started researching. 

He just dove right in and started researching all he possibly could about Humans. What bare necessities do they need to live? What are their most important organs? What do certain organs do? What do their bodies do when they “sleep”? What is “sleep”? What does it mean if a human “coughs”? What does it mean if a human “sneezes”? What do you do if a human has a “headache”? What is a “headache”? What is a “stomach ache”? What is a “stomach”? What foods should humans not eat? What do you do if the skin is broken through? What is “blood”? What is “crying”? Is “crying” bad? How do you make a human stop “crying”? How much water does a human need to drink every day? How much food do humans need to eat everyday? What should human children/teens be eating? And much, much more.

Through this he realized that the kids don’t eat good food when they’re at the base. They have a chips and snack cupboard, that is full of junk food. The bots just assumed that this just is what humans eat because the kids never complained or said it was bad for them. But now Ratchet knows. And he isn’t about to let one of them get sick on his watch again.

So he got a fridge and replaced all the junk food with healthy stuff and put fruits and veggies in the fridge with Agent Fowler’s help. At first the kids weren’t happy, but then Optimus explained why the food had been switched and who switched it. After hearing that Ratchet was just worried about them, the kids really lightened up and didn’t complain about the healthy food. I mean, June was happy about it too so.. Also, Miko bugged Ratchet about it for a while like, “So you DO love us! :D”. But Ratchet didn’t comment.

..And.. Optimus told Raf about Ratchets true intentions of learning about humans, and what motivated him to do so. Raf felt bad and talked to Ratchet, telling him it wasn’t his fault. I don’t think Ratchet would’ve cried, if he even can he wouldn’t do it in front of Raf, but it was probably a tender moment.

I actually wrote a mini fic about this but never posted it.

Simple solutions to complicated problems

I don't typically comment. Mainly because I don't know what to say... I'm terrible with words. So when I like your post, I'm telling you I loved it.

"I didn't comment on a fic I liked because I don't think the author would care or remember my comment anyway". fanfic writer here, I still remember comments I got on my fics from seven years ago. I still think about them and they still make me smile. your kind comments are what motivates us and what helps us keep writing.

I personally know writers who take screenshot and print out comments they got from their readers.

TL;DR comments matter to us writers more than you think. if you like a fanfic, never be shy to let the author know ♡
