People act like your sexuality or gender defines who you are, but it doesn’t. We’re always saying “Gender roles don’t matter” and “Equality for all” but then we make our sexuality/gender into a big deal. It’s kind of hypocritical. There’s so many things out there that are way more important than that.
And besides, most people don’t entirely ‘know who they are’ until their mid-twenties. Society rushes everything so much-you have to know exactly who you are going to be by the time you’re a teenager. But you don’t.
