Women don't want bad boys. We want waifish poets who will hold our hands, listen to Hozier with us and cry over the same fictional characters.

Slightly obsessed with the idea of leaving messages and notes for your loved ones in unfamiliar places. Not just a sticky note that says "I love you" on the fridge, but a letter in the pocket of their coat that reads, "whenever you may find this I hope your day is as wonderful as you are". Lately I've been finding hope in what may be considered as cheesy or corny. Leaving a small memento, a necklace, a keychain, a pressed flower amongst their belongings. That whenever they should find it, it brings them a different nature of happiness than what they have encountered in the day. The purpose is not about the satisfaction that they've recieved your thoughts but the knowledge that their happiness is your happiness.
When people show u compassion and love even when u make a mistake - that feels truly revolutionary
Choose understanding. Choose acceptance. Choose kindness. Choose compassion. Not only towards others but also towards yourself.

“Don’t be afraid to suffer—take your heaviness / and give it back to the earth’s own weight; / the mountains are heavy, the oceans are heavy.”
