Bonus: The Big Three

Pls tell me more about your universe where nations are public and are public meanaces to society. I think it would be super funny,

I haven't really incorporated the idea in any fics or anything, but realistically speaking, nations have got to be known in the public eye. I know when I first started writing for the fandom, I read one fic where nations were considered top secret so I sort of followed in suit for the longest time. Now, the idea of them being very well known and figure heads is hilarious. It also makes more sense canon wise (but like who cares about following canon).

They're akin to celebrities but it hasn't always been like that. Definitely with the modern age of communication and technology did that start. Think kind of like how Presidential elections changed with the change from radio to television. Appearances became important and hiding their identities has become near impossible. Nations have always had obligations but now, the expectations are different.

Paparazzi spotted Alfred having a sneezing fit at Walmart and now there's article after article of what's wrong with our nation; Alfred knows people think this and will do shit on purpose if he's in a mood. Arthur gets piss drunk at a pub and says some based shit about the Royals and work scolds him like a child the next day but he doesn't give two flying fucks. The shit Alistair will say in interviews because it's a right laugh and nothing else.

They get used in commercials to sponsor whatever because the endorsement of the United States owning Mustang or drinking White Claw is huuuuge.

Several nations have been executed for the stuff they've said and done but they stroll up to their government the following day carrying on because they know you are stuck with them.

I'm afraid I don't have a lot of specific things regarding this. I just find it extremely funny and I'll happily consume any in universe memes about it.

I've seen a lot of people do inverse memes and I really wanted in on all the fun :,)
