new to the shifting community here (i’ve literally never shifted before) and i’ve got a few questions for more experienced/master shifters, how DO you shift? i mean, i’ve seen a bunch of motivation and this and that but NO methods. do you really need methods? but anyways this is a bit of a small post but if you do have any beginner methods, please give them to me in the comments / reblogs! thanks xx 💙
