i just had a dream that i was the adopted son of those fucking guys in hannibal and ive never watched any of the show but basically i was stuck in the back seat of the van because we were moving again because according to the one that looks eternally tired (will?) âapparently dad doesnt know when the proper time to kill someone isâ and i watched them bicker like divorced parents and I go âwhat the hell is it you guys do for work againâ and the car went dead silent before the cannibal guy goes âeat your subway flynnâ
what is this show about. why did i dream this what does it mean. do I have to watch the show now. It is 5:45 am.
My opinion on the Apollo Justice Trilogy
I think this is actually a really good thing. I know a lot of people are really upset because we got a port and not an actual new game, but personally I think itâs a good thing. Why? I have a few reasons
Before the Phoenix Wright Trilogy port, we could only play Ace Attoney on the ds/3ds; especially since nintendo shut down Wii Shop Channel, which was the only other place you can buy it. Honestly, I like the port because now I donât have to re-buy a 3ds to play any of the original games. That, and the revamp of the art just looks beautiful
Its hard to get people to join a fandom where half of the lore you can only access through a loved, but very outdated console. As fun as it is to do, most people donât want to sit around and listen to you explain convoluted cases.
If youre a new fan who only came around when the Trilogy or Chronicles were released, you probably arenât looking to buy a $300-$500 ds just to play 3 ~$15 games. Its so much more fun to play the game than watch a play through because YOU get the satisfaction of playing it yourself and figuring out the cases. It gets people even more interested and invested into the series
Yeah, 4-6 might have a few kinks or annoyances, but it introduces important characters like Apollo, Athena, Trucy, Klavier, and their story; especially the new character growth and development. How do you expect to know or understand how Phoenix got his badge taken, or that he has a DAUGHTER? Its still pretty damn important. Chronicles could be released because you didnât have to know anything about the prior Ace Attorney games. You didnât even have to know who Phoenix Wright was.
All in all, Iâm really excited for the port, because hey, who knows, maybe weâll get 7-9 or something AFTER the ports release? I just feel like we need to stop looking at it as Capcom being âlazyâ or âignoring usâ because I think they might be gearing up to give us a lot more attention.
Anyway thatâs my opinion! I think you guys should just think about it a bit more :)
Gay lawyers for Apollo Justice Trilogy
Theyâre working on a case together :]
I lost my mind rendering and drawing this both their hair and the cravat caused demonic screeching on my part

Thinking about the fact that Mabel and Dipper didn't know they had two great uncles.
Yeah they are 12 and at 12 I had a shotty understanding of my family tree- But really? Nobody brought up their great uncle? Stanley? Especially since they'll be staying with his twin brother, Stanford?
Shermie never went to Stan's fake funeral, which to me means the twos relationship was strained on some level. If Shermie is older that means his view of Stan was poisoned in some way, that even as kids they weren't close. If the Shermie is younger then he never even got to meet Stan and all he knew about him was how he failed his family. Hell, people probably barely mentioned Stanley TO Shermie.
The fact that Stan had become a black stain upon the Pines family name makes me so vividly upset. Stanley faked his death and the family just- seemingly decided to strike him from the record. To pretend he didn't existed to spare themselves the sadness and shame.
Stanford and Shermie Pines. The only children worth mentioning of Filbrick and Caryn Pines.
It was never Stanford that was lost to the world. It was Stanley, ever since he had to leave New Jersy- it was always him that had to be struck from the record. Change his name, change his state, change his affiliations, destroy the remains of ghost that was Stanley Pines. Kill him so the family doesn't bring him up, doesn't ask questions, stops asking "Stanford" about his twin.
I just keep thinking about the fact that since the day he made one single mistake all the way up until Ford walks out of that machine- Stanley Pines was killed and did not exist. And Stan himself had no one to blame, he had to play the part in his own demise- He is the only one who ever knew Stanley was alive and has been for decades.
He lives in the multitudes of every personality he's ever taken, all in the hope that he himself can stop being Stanley Pines.
HOLD IT!
Check out my ace attorney art please?
the composition of this photo is too good Iâm so sorry but this is like a renaissance painting
I think the most unintentionally pretentious part of me is I genuinely forget that most people do not have a near-encyclopedic knowledge of mythology and folklore. I literally just assume most people know at least the name of every Greek god. My mom and I were watching the Banshees of Inisherin and at the start, she asked "Do you know what a banshee is?" and I was so stunned because it would never occur to me to ask that question because I would never assume the average person doesn't know what a banshee is. The average person knows what a banshee is right. You know what a banshee is right. You know the names of the greek gods right. You know that norse myth where loki fucked the horse right. Right. RIGHT
