Why you acting like shifting is a 9-5 job? BABE, it’s effortless. You don’t TRY, you just DO.
You can do it
You really can shift. At night, when nobody disturbs you and you feel comfortable. In the evening, when you're buying groceries. During the day, while completing work or study tasks. Even when you're in the shower, you can shift. Heck, even now as you're reading these words, you can shift anywhere.
You can do this. Repeat after me, "I am all-powerful. Shifting is easy for me. I can shift at any time, no matter what."
Just keep that in your head. Remind yourself of your true power. No, it's not a lie, it's just a long forgotten truth about you, that you can do anything, that you can achieve anything.
Senses shift last
If you've been in any shifting community for any period of time, you must have already heard this sentence.
Senses shift last.
It's an explanation, an unspoken rule, an understanding that when you sit down to shift, the last thing that completes the shift is your senses.
But what if I told you that your senses don't shift at all?
Let's go back to the basic, most simple definition of reality shifting:
Becoming aware of another reality.
This simply means that when you choose to shift, your awareness, your consciousness, is the only thing that shifts. Not your body, not your brain, and most definitely not your senses.
So, how does it work?
Well, as you shift, and you become aware of a different reality, you become conscious of a different version of you with a different brain and a different stream of thoughts and a different body and—you guessed it, different senses altogether.
Maybe your vision is better or you have supernatural hearing. Maybe your sense of taste is enhanced and your buds are miraculous, maybe you feel things 100x more than this reality allows and you're hyper aware of everything around you. The point is, your current reality self's body remains here, and so its senses stay behind as well.
If you know that your senses don't shift, and you know that no matter what you hear, see, feel... Is irrelevant because it's your awareness that shifts, doesn't that take off a shit ton of stress off your shoulders?
As soon as you turn your awareness to a different reality, as soon as you start thinking as your desired reality self, feeling their feelings, immersing yourself in their surrounding, you have shifted. "But I can still feel my bed and I'm supposed to be on a train or a plane or riding a dragon through the seven skies!" Irrelevant. Unimportant. Inconsequential.
Focus on what you see, hear, or feel in imagination. That's where you truly are. As long as you stay there and you don't question your destination, you're bound to shift.
Haven't you ever wondered how people shift awake? How they shift on planes or in cars or in the middle of a nosy park? Where you are doesn't matter. What you see or hear doesn't matter. You don't question your dr and complain about the noise of your family and friends when you shift for a few seconds and claim they ruined the shift for you by distracting you! Why should this reality be any different? So what if you feel a velvet duvet instead of satin sheets? So what if you can hear your siblings fighting instead of your s/o calling your name? So what if you can see flashing lights behind your closed eyelids instead of your ceiling or the sky or a unicorn's ass?
Your senses aren't shifting with you, and that doesn't mean that you have failed! Not at all! You shifted successfully the second you decided to park your ass on your bed and chair and shift.
Which brings me to my final point in this semi-long rant:
Grounding yourself when you wake up in your dr.
Let me ask you something: do you ground yourself when you wake up in your cr? Do you open your eyes and start hyperventilating because you're in your room? Do you start freaking out because your family or your partner walked in?
No. You don't. Because it's just another day in the same room you've been waking up in for years.
It's the same thing for your dr. Unless your dr self has amnesia the exact same second you shift, they have been waking up in the same bed, in the same room, with the same family/friends/roommates/partner for as long as they can remember. Shifting is a natural processes. You're not putting on a skin suit and pretending to be someone you're not. You are becoming aware of the person you have always been.
There will be no freaking out, no out of body experience, no looking in the mirror and squealing over your tight ass and new face. No blushing like a damsel when you see your s/o.
It's going to be natural. Like putting on your favorite pj's, like returning to a home that always made you feel safe and comfortable, like tasting your favorite snack again and getting flashbacks of your childhood memories.
It's going to be familiar, known, comfortable.
It's going to be you.
So stop freaking out over what could potentially happen when you "get there." You have always been there.
Now go shift, and stop stressing out so much about irrelevant details.
You are a shifter.
It's your destiny.
Happy Shifting ❤️
i have a new shifting method called the dafuq method, where i dont give a fuq. i lay on my bed and dont give a fuq. i listen to a guided meditation but honestly, i dont really need it because i dont give a fuq. i know im shifting, and none of my other thoughts matter because i dont give a fuq about them.
and then i shift, dafuq
let's explore how this philosophy integrates into the mindset, mechanics, and power of shifting, and how you can use it as a cornerstone of belief to enhance not just your shifting, but also manifestation practice.
coined by rené descartesin meditations on first philosophy (1641), "i think, therefore i am" (cogito, ergo sum) is a philosophical principle discussing that our ability to think proves our existence. it’s the idea that the very act of conscious thought is undeniable evidence that we are.
when tied to shifting, this principle forms the foundation of belief :
⋆ THOUGHT IS POWER : if you can conceptualise a reality, it’s evidence that this reality exists somewhere, in some form.
⋆ CONSCIOUSNESS AS CREATION : your thoughts don't just reflect reality; they create it. by thinking about a desired reality (dr), you validate its existence and affirm your ability to connect with it.
⋆ EXISTENCE IS FLUID : if your existence is affirmed by thought, why limit that existence to one reality? by thinking of your dr, you acknowledge your ability to exist there, too.
shifting works largely on belief. "i think, therefore i am" is a mantra that dismantles doubts and reinforces your ability to shift.
— A. THINKING IS BELIEVING. when you shift, the most important mindset is to believe in your dr as real and attainable. doubt anchors you to your current reality (cr), but thought and belief can transport you.
⋆ IF YOU THINK YOU'RE IN YOUR DR, YOU ARE : by focusing your thoughts and immersing yourself in the experience, you align with the energy of that reality.
⋆ AFFIRMATIONS : every time you think about your dr—imagining its details, feeling its emotions—you strengthen its existence. "i think, therefore i am" becomes "i think of my dr, therefore i am in my dr."
— B. YOUR DR ALREADY EXIST. in quantum theories and metaphysics, all realities exist simultaneously, and your consciousness determines which one you inhabit. thinking about a specific dr is like tuning into a radio station—you don’t create the station; you simply align with its frequency.
⋆ CARTESIAN CLARITY : if your thought of the dr exists, the dr must exist. by thinking about it, you prove it’s possible.
⋆ SHIFTING AS NAVIGATION : your thoughts are like coordinates, pointing your consciousness to the dr.
— C. THE FLUIDITY OF IDENTITY : descartes implied that identity is tied to thought. in shifting, your identity isn’t bound by your cr—you can "be" whoever you want.
⋆ SCRIPTED IDENTITY : in your dr, you can script qualities, relationships, or even new personas. the act of thinking and scripting makes them real for you.
doubts about shifting often stem from overthinking or feeling disconnected. descartes’ philosophy helps neutralise this.
— A. DOUBTS AS PROOF OF EXISTENCE. even if you doubt shifting, remember: the ability to doubt is proof of your capacity to think and exist.
⋆ REDIRECT THE DOUBT : instead of "what if i can’t shift?" (if you still think like that, i will SLAP you (i'm joking (not.))) think "i’m aware of my doubt, which means i’m conscious, which means i can direct that consciousness elsewhere."
— B. EMBRACE THE POWER OF CHOISE. descartes argued that thought is evidence of free will. if you’re thinking about shifting, you’re already exercising that will. use it to choose to shift.
— A. MULTIVERSE THEORY MEETS DESCARTES. in a multiverse, infinite realities coexist. thinking of one dr is like opening a door to it. descartes gives you the confidence to step through by asserting that thought is all the proof you need.
— B. YOUR CR VS YOUR DR. the line between your cr and dr is only as real as you allow it to be.
⋆ in your cr, you think of your dr.
⋆ by thinking of your dr, you prove its existence.
⋆ by immersing yourself in those thoughts, you live in your dr.
"I THINK, THEREFORE I AM" is the ultimate affirmation of your shifting journey. it reminds you that your power lies in your consciousness. by thinking of your dr, you validate its existence and affirm your ability to shift there. doubts don’t define you; they highlight your ability to think and create.
in the end, shifting is less about "leaving" one place and more about realising you already are wherever your thoughts take you.
shifting diary entry #14
4/27/25
࿔ this morning i woke up about and hour or two before my alarm was supposed to go off and when i went back to sleep at some point my dream began to be about shifting.
࿔ i was talking to my sister and she confessed to me that she was going to start shifting again ( she knows about shifting and after she shifted once a couple years ago she decided to not do it again )
࿔ i thought that i should probably give her some advice and thought to tell her things like you don’t need a method, you can use one of course but it’s not necessary. shifting isn’t physical, it’s mental. i talked to her about letting go, and that all shifting is is becoming aware of different circumstances, a different reality.
࿔ she confided in me on her views on shifting, which were probably just mine anyways.
࿔ then she just told me comforting and motivational words. told me she believed in me and that she knows i can do it too. ( which isn’t the first time someone in my dream told me this )
࿔ i’m not entirely sure what to make of this, but i wish i didn’t wake up in the middle of it probably was gonna be a another dream where i subconsciously tried to shift
Today I decided to meditate and attempt to enter the void state. I honestly didn’t have a clear picture on what I was going to do, I just laid there tbh.
I kept falling asleep and then waking back up abruptly with my heart pounding (annoying but it’s ok). And I just kept thinking I should persist, it doesn’t matter, my body is asleep anyways let’s continue.
And I did, annnnddd I kept falling asleep waking up. Until at one point I think I was asleep, I wasn’t in the void state but I’m not sure if I was in a deep meditative state or asleep, BUT I just randomly started to affirm “I’m in my waiting room, I’m in my waiting room” and I immediately started see a bright light (but as if my eyes were closed ?). I also want to make clear I know that most shifting “symptoms” are just your body falling asleep, and you they don’t really mean anything in terms of success. But, my body was already asleep and even if it wasn’t idk what a bright light has to do with my body falling asleep.
Anyways, the light thing kept happening and I kept persisting in my affirmations. And for reference I was meditating on my back, but I kept feeling like I was being pulled and turned on my right. I also kept seeing visions of my waiting room in perspectives I’ve never really visualized it from. My heart was pounding I felt like I was flying and it was pretty overwhelming.
In the middle of this part I had a brief thought of something like “oh what if I actually wake up there?” And then had some slight panic but let it go. I’m not sure what that was about because in my whole journey I’ve never been scared of shifting…
Eventually I got way too overwhelmed with what I was experiencing and “woke up”. But the thing is I’ve experienced things like this multiple times before and I’d always wake up feeling sad and angry about me not persisting, and it would usually be a whole thing. But today when I snapped out of it I don’t feel that at all, if anything I feel happy and excited. Ik no matter what I will end up where I want to be and this just motivated me more seeing those detailed visions and being pulled.
I’m so grateful and lucky that I know about shifting! .𖥔 ݁ ˖ ✦ ‧₊˚ ⋅ .𖥔 ݁ ˖ ✦ ‧

the hogwarts food was bomb it was so yummy🤤🤤
the only way the law could "fail" is if you're failing yourself. something that i've learned throughout my journey is that you need to have faith in yourself and know that no matter what your 3D is showing you, it isn't permanent. this current reality isn't forever. and the more i came to terms with that the easier it got for me to focus on my 4D instead of whatever my eyes were showing me.
speaking of 4D and 3D, something i've seen a lot of creators say on here is that you have to ignore your 3D and while i do think that is helpful and does work, you don't have to ignore your 3D. that shit is HARD man especially when all you've ever known is what your eyes have been looking at. something that helped me out before i kinda stopped looking for results in my 3D was tricking my brain. like i would check for my results but if i wasn't seeing them i would just think as if i was. for example, a while back my phone was acting up, like badly. it would NOT charge no matter how many times i would plug it up and i got so frustrated that i ended up breaking one of my portable chargers from putting it in and out of my phone so much 💀
it took me a minute but i remembered that the law is y'know...the law so i started affirming my phone was charging. throughout the next couple of hours, i kept looking at my phone to see if it was charging and sure enough, it wasn't. but instead of giving up entirely i just thought as if it was and every time i checked i would go, "yep my phone's charging alright". that night i went to sleep still affirming because even though my 3D was deadass showing me that my phone did NOT wanna charge, i still knew that there was another reality that my phone was charging in. the next morning i woke up and turned on my phone and it was fully charged unlike the previous night when it was fully dead. my conclusion is, you must have faith in yourself my love. you already know how powerful you are. you've done the research, you've done the methods, you just have to remember that no matter the circumstance, you already have whatever it is that you want. nothing is gonna stop you from getting that desire because it's already yours.
