Consistency is more important than perfection.
So, I have, officially, updated my blog. I plan to use this to document my journey. I’m, honestly, excited to see where I will be in 6 months. If anyone is on a similar journey, I wish you the best. We can do this! :)

Leg day!
Today’s workout:
1. 3-minute warm up on the stairmaster
2. 19 minutes of weights
3. 20-minute hill workout on the treadmill + 5-minute cool down after
I was unable to use all of the machines I usually incorporate into my Wednesday leg workouts. I ended up just using one of the other machines in my routine twice. Still feel good, though.
