sit in the sun without anything to do, feel the heat of the rays hit your skin, realize that this sunlight has travelled a very long way to reach you
walk around barefoot and try to feel as much of the ground under your feet as you can, notice every rock and blade of grass
sit quietly for a while and notice the touch of breath in your nostrils, feel how the air gets cooler as you inhale and warmer as you exhale
drive around aimlessly and blast some of your favorite songs, scream/sing along to them and feel the vibrations of your favorite lyrics as they change the air in your throat and around you, feel that the music is healing you from the inside out
stay away from alcohol or drugs for a few days, try to be as aware and present as you can in every moment, stop trying to numb or dull your senses
eat a few meals without any distractions, notice every bite and taste every flavor that covers your tongue, be grateful for it all
look up at the stars and the moon, understand how small we all are and how immense the universe is, realize what a miracle everything is, let your heart swell with amazement and admiration for life itself
keeps you full for 0 calories ❤️
Okay you guys, this is it. I’m getting back on the wagon. I miss waking up every morning excited to be down another pound (or even two!). I miss looking down at my feet and seeing my flat stomach. I miss the feeling of my clothes fitting better. I miss feeling pretty.
I’m going to go back to eating 1200 cals (or less) every day, and hopefully by October I’ll be back to my LW of 138 lbs. I really want to do this right.
I’m also really sad that I stopped restricting in the first place. While I understand that I needed to eat properly to perform well on my finals, I wish I had just upped my intake to maintenance or something instead of going all out and binging every day. (I did get really good grades though, so at least there’s that…)
Note to self: if you feel like you can’t stand it anymore, DON’T JUST LET EVERYTHING GO. Don’t throw away all the progress you made. Just up your calorie intake a little and be a little looser with yourself. You’ll be thankful that you didn’t stop.
You lost 40 in 3 months!? You are a soldier omg. I only lost about 14 overall plus the pounds I had to lose when I accidentally gained (which happened a lot). You go! And stay safe!
it still doesn’t feel like enough though.
✖️✖️✖️
If you didn’t eat for a week you’d lose 8kg… that’s almost the whole way to your ugw, I’m not saying do it, but it’s possible. It is possible to lose weight fast, it can happen, but every time you say ‘just one’ or ‘I’ll only have a few, they won’t make a difference’ you’re giving in; you’re letting your impulses control you. So make this week a good one, no binging, lots of sit-ups and squats, lots of tea and water and minimal calories. Every day you succeed is a day closer to your goal, every day you fail is another day you’ll have to wait to reach it.

Asian noodles and soup - 118 Calories [178 calories if you use oil to fry you meat and veggies]
- I can get enough of Asian cuisine.
Ingredients
1 cup Beef broth (10 calories)
1 cup mushroom broth (10 calories)
¼ cup water (0 calories)
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce (18 calories)
Dried Spice of your choice (0 Calories) [I used salt]
1 cup bean sprouts (8 calories)
1 Garlic clove (5 Calories)
½ cup Broccoli (15 calories)
3 medium sized mushrooms (12 calories)
1 cup Shirataki noodles (0 calories)
1.5 Oz imitation crab meat (40 calories)
. Boil your shirataki noodles for around five minutes and drain them
. Have a separate pot over the stove on medium high heat to let your broth and water heat up, once it has come to a boil lower the heat to a medium low and add your water, oyster sauce and spices and leave it alone to simmer until you are happy with the temperature and taste
. With a separate pan, you are to ‘fry’ your veggies. have the pan on medium heat and add in your chopped garlic (you can use oil or you can use water to fry up your veggies) slowly add all of your veggies until it has cooked down.
. add your shirataki noodles to your soup boil and place the fried veggies over top, then pour your broth in the bowl. using the same frying pan at a medium heat put in your crab meat until it has some skin that has turned a golden brown and place on top of your noodle, then enjoy.
* This picture actually has ramen noodles, but it looks the same with the shirataki, I just didn’t take a good picture of mine so I used the pic of the noodles I made for a friend.
