Stop.
Drink a glass of water.
Count to 50.
Drink another glass of water.
Do twenty crunches.
Chew gum really fast until your jaw hurts.
Stand outside for 10 minutes just doing nothing or you can walk around the block, up to you.
Drink yet another glass of water.
Take the garbage out.
Do 10 burpees.
Cut up an apple into 8 pieces.
Throw 2 biggest pieces away.
Eat two pieces.
Throw another 2 away.
Eat the rest.
Brush your teeth.
Go lay in bed.
You can do it, lovely! Beat the cravings!
hey so this might seem a bit weird but I kinda freaked myself out by seeing all the health risks of anorexia, specifically gallstones, and I was wondering if maybe you wouldn't mind sharing if you've had anything serious as a result of restricting? I just wanna know if it's very likely, or if I've just scared myself too much by reading articles about it. if you don't want to share, that's totally fine! thanks in advance, have a great day ❤
Unfortunately, my journey with restricting is a rocky; it got so bad that I went into early stage organ failure because I refused to eat. Restricting works, but please, please be careful. Try not to read too much, it’s important to be informed, but don’t scare yourself into things that might not happen. You’re more likely to get more hairy and cold from restricting than get gall stones.
Please don’t look at my story as an eventuality, anorexia kills people. We all know that. But I am a small percentage, not the majority. Be informed, be safe and be careful petal ♡
Every url that reblog’s will be written in a book and shown to my homophobic dad.
Stay safe and positive and have a wonderful day :)
Thought I’d share another safe food/recipe🌟 I loooove ramen and noodles but they have a shitload of calories so I buy shirataki noodles! I use tofu shirataki noodles but you can buy the real yam ones which have less calories I believe. My brand has 30 calories per package which is one meal for me. I start by rinsing them, then I boil them for a couple minutes to get the salty/fishy smell out, then I fry them in a pan to get out the extra water and make them less rubbery. You’ll know they’re done when the make a squeaking sound when you rub them against the pan. I like to make spicy noodles by adding 1 tbsp of light soy sauce(10) and 1 tsp of siracha(5) sauce for a total of 45 calories! These are a bit rubbery but seriously so so great💕 Many people make them with spaghetti sauce. These are so diverse and wonderful 11/10 recommend✨
“It’s just 100 calories, it shouldn’t hurt too much”. Yes it’s only 100 calories but that’s 100 calories you could be burning instead of eating. That’s 100 extra calories away from your goal. That’s a whole 100 calories you need to burn off. So instead of thinking “it’s only 100 calories” think “by not eating this I will be 100 calories closer to where I want to be".
Me: Gotta restrict, restrict, restrict, let's aim for 500 calories today
Me: *realizes I have unhealthy habits and binges* Eating disorders are bad, so yay me for recovery!
Me: Oh my god I ate myself for eating, I'm never eating again.
Me: *repeats every single day*
My dudes, I accidentally discovered the greatest thing ever. After a particularly rough workout I was insanely sore like the weak ass bitch I am so I consulted Google for ways to help ease my muscle soreness. I was instructed to run a warm bath, put two cups of Epsom salt in and soak for about 20 minutes.
K.
I have this weird habit of weighing myself before and after showers/baths because I’ve lost what little sanity I used to have. Anyways, did my thing and weighed myself before soaking for a bit then I got out and weighed myself after drying off.
GUYS I WAS THREE FUCKING POUNDS LIGHTER
I almost hit the floor I was so shook. I weighed myself live five more times and the number was still the same so I went back to Google because holy hell what magic witches brew did I just marinate myself in and how often can I do it
Turns out that Epsom salt is crazy good at sucking out water weight. You know that soft squishy weight that sits just underneath your skin? That. Apparently the magnesium in the salts helps draw it out.
Obviously you’re losing water weight and not actual fat but weight is weight amiright. You can still lose a good inch or two off your tummy/thighs quickly. So basically it’s the perfect quick fix for you if you have to be anywhere and are feeling extra self conscious. I soak about every other day now and honestly I am loving it. Oh and it makes your skin super soft too so
Hope it works for you guys as well as it did for me. Just remember to stay hydrated please. Go pamper yourself with a warm salty bath because because you deserve it ✌🏻️✨
A lil safe food shopping today❤
