Joyeux Anniversaire Robespierre ! I present on this occasion...

A preview of the sequel to my Vampire Robespierre Comic l'Archange et le Diable !

I am exhibiting at Shortbox Comics fair this year and the comic will be available online for purchase.

The comic is entirely standalone (it's a series of small moments just like the first one), you don't need to have read the first comic to understand it. That being said, if you weren't able to secure a physical copy, I am looking to make the first zine available for purchase online soon.

Topper and Joe are both fined for stealing pillows from a hotel. The theft occurred on May 21st at the Commonwealth holiday inn in Seaton Burn after a concert at Newcastle University. Strummer was fined £60 for the theft of the pillows and the towels, and headon was fined £40 for admitting theft of a hotel key. Joe claimed the pillows were taken to make the bands return to London in a van “more comfortable”

I am reading Passion is the fashion and there is something hilarious

It’s just…Freddie never knew that Brian was going to dedicate a gentle love song (which he wrote) to him for the rest of his life. He never knew Brian would go out alone on stage, the year after he died, and choose to sing “Love of My Life” as a tribute to him despite desperately wanting to flee from Queen out of grief. He never knew Brian would shed tears on stage in front of a huge crowd after singing that song, or that it would be 30 years later and he’d still want to be the one to sing the song in every single concert no matter how their set-lists changed.

Freddie never knew.
