Well @willynillynonsense , Quincy should be here in a sec, he's just getting out of his work uniform so, I'll leave you be.

Hi, I'm sorry if I didn't make any noise coming in, still on work mode, William isn't it? It's nice to meet you, Atlas has told me so much about you. They also probably told you my name but, what's wrong with a proper introduction, my name is Quincy O' Callahan.
Downloaded a game yesterday not expecting to enjoy it as I normally fail horribly in horror games, but, I'm now stuck in a chokehold of lovecractian body horror and love it.
I keep forgetting that this type of information suprises people. Even at that, I could've still looked younger if a certain... event didn't occur, I willingly stopped using magic at one point with the help of a sigil. Though I had to "willingly" take out that chunk of skin to undo the magic. I still have the scar, it's very easy to see.

Here Mr. Afton
So, I wanted some people's opinion on one of my Skulduggery oc's. I'm trying to figure out what his normal form looks like when he's not using his abilities.
Just for people who are unaware, Alistair's falls under adapt, and is the ability to take the form of a person, using an item tied to them or even a bone, hair and a piece of skin. The person needs to be dead for him to become them. He doesn't necessarily need to become them fully, he can take bits of their appearance or personality and make them a part of him.
The version of Alistair that you guys have seen isn't truly what Alistair looks like, it's just him using different parts of people that he's integrated into his appearance, not maliciously but more as a defence mechanism or just self consciously. So I'm now trying to determine what he truly looks like now, and that's why I wanted to do this poll.
Here is an explanation of the choices:
Blank Slate= his original appearance before his surge, white hair and clouded eyes, like the start of character customation at the start of a game.
Uncanny Valley Blank Slate= similar to the normal blank slate, but there is something wrong looking about him, maybe it's his limbs, his smile, his eyes or his freakish height. Idea behind this is that his surge made him look inhuman, and now the only way foe him to be human is to be constantly someone else.
No change= the same as what you have seen already, just the boi.
Henry was pacing around the room with an air of dread, he kept asking himself "Why did I go through with this!?" It had been approximately ten minutes since he took his first dose of the formula and he could feel small changes occurring while he scribbled down notes like a lunatic. He felt nauseated while a small warmth dispersed throughout his body, he hadn't anticipated feeling like this when making the liquid, HJ7 as he called it, was the lovechild of his studies that had lasted years, finally brought to life.
The main reason of such studies was man's indulgence in guilty pleasures or more specifically, his own. See, Henry had been languishing in a love-less marriage for a few years but had never had the heart to leave, he still loved his wife and kids, so he couldn't bring himself to tell her. And that's when he had an idea, a ludicrous but brilliant idea, what if he didn't have to feel the guilt for indulging in these pleasures. After sometime he finally made it, he doesn't now how himself but, he did. But he didn't think about the testing part.
So, there he was leaning over the table staring at his own notes trying to comprehend what was there, he felt worried, an odd fuzzy feeling began plaguing his mind, stopping him from thinking straight. He was about to pick up his pencil to continue writing the notes when a sharp, brutal pain hit him, causing him to arch his back in excruciating pain and drop his pencil to the ground.
If anyone would have witnessed these events they would have seen the anguish laced expression as he let out an ear-splitting screech when he dropped to the floor, but would have been much more disturbed a few minutes later when low-pitched erratic laughter was heard in the room.
The man in the room was no longer dear old Henry Emily.
I sort it from either genre or how Queer it is, like all my Dungeons and Dragons related books are together with my Pride books aka Pumpkin, one HeartStopper book cause I was bored, and a book called Be Gay Do Comics that I would recommend to people as it includes queerness in culture and history and overall people's experiences with being who they are.
I have been listening to Malevolent episode 52 since this morning and only finished it now. I got my live reactions on text to it and bro, I was tweaking through most of it.
Anyone else see the similarities of Jon now and the creature that was found in the library in the desert?
