what happened to dvd or bluray disk menus?!?!? I don't want those lackluster menus that show nothing and have no music. we need menus like the Simpsons or the older Futurama season menus, they were cool and interesting. let me guess, the criterion collection ones are interesting well I don't want to spend $40 on just one movie, that is total bull to put yourself in debt over getting a few movies cuz yk it adds up. spending $5 each on two I can do, and the two that I just got were movies older than like 2010. you wanna guess what sparked this post? the disk menus for both dvd sets (one a trilogy and the other just one movie) THEY HAVE COOL DISK MENUS ONES THAT GRAB YOUR ATTENTION!!

what happened!?!? I will never forgive streaming services for taking away the individuality of the movies and shows that used to have unique posters, menus, and aesthetic?? ig

all for now but will never forget the dvds and blurays that are going away thanks to streaming services and their fatigue.
