Im worried shifting isnt real and thats its all an inside joke :( is there any way for me to stop believing this and to feel more confident?
Look at my pinned. I’m a shifter since 2019 for goodness sake.
Does that look like an inside joke to you? People are spending YEARS to reach their dr, and people who have been successful are coming back here to tell us. Why would people spend literal years to reach their dr? Do you think it’s all not real when people talk about their memories and experiences? Why would someone fake the whole experience of living in a different reality. (Not saying there aren’t a few people who fake shifting on other platforms but I haven’t seen anyone do that here on shiftblr, everyone here is mature and determined. Love that for us.)
Shifting is real, and it’s gonna be a whole real life you will experience, you will feel everything, you will do mundane tasks, it’s not a fantasy and it’s not a daydream. And of course it’s not a lucid dream or astral projection, very far from it. Everything you scripted will play out, and it will feel even more surreal than you can imagine. Imagine shifting for the first time!!! The feeling of freedom? Of achievement? Gosh this is so worth it. Idk about you, anon, but this is worth everything, I’ve never doubted shifting even for a second, even when I had my own struggles. Yes, sure, I had a tough journey that made me doubt MYSELF but NEVER shifting itself.
Look we are living on a flying rock and there’s like endless space, like what are the possibilities? The universe is vast and broad, and you say shifting isn’t real? Come on now be fr.
There are many ways to deal with fear.
Fear has certain limiting assumptions. Find those parts and fix them.
For example, imagine you are dreaming right now. Imagine being able to change the past, change the present, and change the attitudes and perspectives of others at will when unwanted situations arise. What if so? Of course, even if it is possible, you may feel fear, etc. But, what if you could actually do it and actually do it, even if you're afraid? Imagine this.
This is a way to change your mind into a state where you feel joy, pleasure, love, and freedom. If you switch to this state and you're feeling that way, even though you feel fear, it's not as strong and dominant as it was before. In this state, try focusing more on joy, freedom, and fun that are not related to fear. Then the fear will be forgotten as if it never existed in the first place, and you will only notice later that the fear is gone.
This can be done by doing or imagining something that you enjoy and like.
Try using ho'oponopono or the Sedona method (release technique). However, in my experience this is a very long and slow method. It takes a long time. Of course, it is quick and effective once you master it, but it seems to be an inconvenient and tedious task that takes at least several months.
Try to induce hyperventilation through Wimhoff breathing techniques or holotropic breathing techniques. When this condition occurs, senses and reason become paralyzed. At the same time, various thoughts disappear.
There is no need for any special training, just inhale and exhale quickly for a few minutes or more.
Focus on your inner background, inner silence, or the gap between your thoughts. At first, you may feel random thoughts, but if you keep paying attention to them and pay attention, at some point you will feel peace, joy, etc. It's like focusing more on the sound you want amidst noise.
However, in my experience, this method takes a long time to master. It appears that it will take at least several months to strengthen this feeling of peace to the point where it overwhelms fears and other factors.
Unlike the fourth hyperventilation, this is simply breathing deeply and comfortably. I have discovered that anxiety or fear is not actually caused by any belief or situation, but simply by habitually being tense and breathing shallowly. Of course, your nervousness or shallow breathing may have started with anxious or fearful thoughts. However, that is not a direct cause, but just a secondary cause.
Once you begin to practice this breathing comfortably, deeply, and consciously for more than a few minutes, you will discover that the thoughts that made you feel anxious or fearful are in fact irrelevant. At least it's not as intense as before.
I recommend the sixth method of breathing comfortably and the second method of pleasant imagination. Then, naturally, the first belief correction also occurs.
One man, Richard Dotz, used Lester Levenson's Release Technique to continually release resistance from his mind, eventually reaching a state of lasting ecstasy.
And when he got into that state and stayed there for almost a whole day, he noticed that everything was happening incredibly quickly and instantly. For example, if he wanted something, he turned a street corner and it appeared, leading to a life of endless coincidences.
In other words... Neville Goddard's Sabbath or Buddhist meditation is good, and Lester Levenson's release technique is also good. If you keep your mind as peaceful and calm as possible and keep doing it, things will happen surprisingly and instantly.
You are god, start treating yourself like it! Worship yourself and every little thing you do. Treat yourself like you’d treat a deity because that’s what you are. Get and buy yourself offerings (it can be literally anything), turn your space into an altar dedicated to you, and do anything else that makes you feel like the god you are. I promise doing this will help your self concept so much omg (plus you deserve this kind of treatment 💗)
The morning after you fall asleep half way through the method
how life feels after no longer letting the 3D tell you shit
nea’s method. how i shift.
hello. i’ll be doing something different tonight, something that made me shift in the past. this worked for me so it might not work for you, but you already know this.
i decided on another reality to shift to only for this night because i’ve seen that getting too attached to a dr is only gonna take me back sometimes and make it forced. in the past i shifted to spiderman, fantasy dr and hotel transylvania with this method, so why not try it again?
basically, i just choose a reality to shift to, one that i’m not too attached to but still am interested to visit, could be even one that you’re “creating” at the moment. i don’t care if i have a script or not, actually for this new dr i haven’t made a script (just wanna go raw lol).
what i do afterwards is do my usual routine that doesn’t necessarily be about shifting, so i could just shower, eat well, and do breathing exercises. then, before going to sleep, i put on an asmr or ambience that reminds me of the reality i’m shifting to. and finally i would just fall asleep to that, so that it’s the last thing my mind thought about before sleeping, something similar to SATs, but not quite.
you can also visualise and do affirmations, but i shifted doing nothing and just watching the video, so i really just have to fall asleep to it as i used this only as a sleep method, idk if it would work as an awake method too (i mean of course it could work, it all depends on your assumptions).

about my new desired reality, if you’re ever curious, i got the inspiration from an asmr that i’m watching lately. it was very interesting to me because i usually only like older ambiences and realities, or even just present, but future? what even is that. so i was like, you know what, imma try it. i am a limitless being who can shift anywhere so why not try everything? so that’s what i’m doing tonight. no script, no idea where i’m going exactly, but i’m excited that’s what i can say for sure.
You don't need to ignore the 3D
I came to the realization that, the 3D is like watching a TV Show. When you watch a show that you're invested in, you cry with the characters, you laugh, you love and you feel basically all types of emotions. But at the end of the day, guess what? That show isn't real. It's not true. Same goes for the 3D, you can see it as a show that you're watching. Yes it can be frustrating, sad, heartbreaking but at the end it's not true. (only the things you accept are true in it are) So don't beat yourself up for reacting to the 3D, just know that it's not true and it doesn't matter.
Sometimes I feel bad because I see everyone grinding in this life and working so fucking hard and we have to pass finals or our lives are over but I'm a shifter so.. none of this is really my problem
Like GUYS WE HACKED THE MATRIX AND YOU WILL PROBABLY NEVER KNOW
A while back, I saw a TikTok of a woman saying how she just woke up from a dream that lasted 60 years.
In this dream, she met the love of her life, got married, had children and grandchildren, lived a full life, then woke up to her current self.
She asked for advice in the comment section, wanting to know if this had ever happened to anyone else.
Her comments were soon flooded with people with similar experiences, talking about "dreams" that spun through decades. Their guesses varied from lucid dreaming to visions of the future. Some even went as far to suggest a curse by a witch.
But when someone commented saying that they more than likely shifted to a different reality, they called them delusional and schizophrenic because obviously a witch cursing you to have a dream of your perfect life made so much more sense.
My point is, sometimes, the truth can smack you in the face with a chair, and you'd still be clueless.
Happy shifting ❤️
